Japan-Specific Viewpoints for Bridging City Planning and the Industry of Agriculture

Japan has experience reviving its real estate market through the introduction of securitization, and this could work for farmland even though farmland in Japan operates under different property regulations than office buildings an d residences. However, farmland usage and its activation would have broad impacts on city planning and extend to trade issues, so in this international friendship meeting, I would like to introduce the following ideas and to try to incorporate our different cultural viewpoints. (1) Michael E. Porter’s (1990) insights on The Netherlands’ agriculture are still pertinent today, and appear as though they may be effective in the activation of Japanese agriculture, even 30 years since his publication. (2) However, Japan’s attempt to replicate the Netherlands’ success within the last 10 years has brought no change to the 30 year decline of the agricultural industry. The practice needs modifications. (3) A prominent candidate city in Japan for this modified pract ice, possessing many characteristics of The Netherland’s famous Food Valley, is Miura city, 100 km south of Tokyo

‘Perfect’ Real Estate Liquidity and Adjustment Paths to Long-run Equilibrium

The purpose of this paper is to formulate an example of the international macroeconomic climate with ‘perfect’ real estate liquidity and identify the crucial implications brought about by such extreme degrees of real estate liquidity, or ‘financial’ real estate. For this, we will extend the traditional Keynesian international macroeconomic model, revisited and modified in the study of Branson and Buiter (1983), and construct a simple analytical framework with reference to the recent economic climate with extreme degrees of real estate liquidity. It will be shown that, after the increase in the foreign interest rate, real estate liquidity may help reduce the fluctuations of home output along an adjustment path between one equilibrium position and another. This finding suggests that real estate liquidity may serve as a buffer against influences from foreign countries, although within the setting of a theoretical perfect market

In HTN with DM 46.15 % patients had prescribed Angiotensin Converting Enzymes (ACEs) as monotherapy along with 62.5 % CCBs with BBs were prescribed according to JNC-7. As per WHO indicators, average no. of medicines prescribed per prescription was 2.91 and all antihypertensive medicines in the study population were prescribed rationally. Conclusion: The present study represents the current prescribing trend for antihypertensive agents. It implies that.
