    The purpose of the study is to know on the effectivity of teaching methods debate on critical thinking skills and communication skills of students on economic subjects in SMA Negeri 1 Segedong. The method of the study was experiment in form of quasi experiment and the simulation design was nonequeivalent control group design. Total population of 96 students. The sample of the study was 60 students. The tools of collecting data were test and observation sheet. The analysis data was done by doing descriptive statistic quantitative data analysis. The result that the learning methods of debate effective in improving critical thinking skills and communication skills of the students on the subjects of Economics in SMAN 1 Segedong with effect size 1,184 on critical thinking skills and the ability to communicate with the 1,664 high criteria are ES> 0.8

    This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using learning model inside-outside circle in improving student learning outcomes on economic subjects of class X SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Ambawang subtraction matter of money and bank. The research methode that used is a pre-experimental design and the research design that used is a one-group pretest-posttest design. The study sample is 25 students. The result of data analysis showed that the value of the effect size of 2.82 or numbers according to the criteria of effect size is high, it can be concluded that the use of the learning model inside-outside circle effective in improving student learning outcomes on economic subjects of class X SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Ambawang which gives a contribution of 49.76%

    This study aimed to describe the caring attitudes of the parents to ward children\u27s education, self-sacrifice attitudes of the parents for children\u27s education, and the parent\u27 attention to ward children\u27s education in Semata Village, Subdistrict of Tangaran at Sambas District. The method used is descriptive with techniques and tools of data collection are interview, observation, and documentary study. This study used 10 participants, consist of 5 parents who have drop out children and 5 drop out children. From the results of the research conducted, the role of parents in encouraging love for children\u27s education (Drop out children Case inthe Semata Village Subdistrict of Tangaran at Sambas District) is still not good enough, in other word still yet to support the children in the process of acquiring education. This resulted from the attitude of the parents in this study mostly hand over the process of obtaining their child\u27s education to the school, so that the parents pay less attention toward the attitude to be done for their children\u27s education

    : Verynus, this Thesis title is Improving Student Learning Outcomes Economy Class XII IPS 2 SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak Through Giving task Method (recitation) Assisted Visual Media. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes, using the method of administration tasks (recitation) aided visual media in class XII IPS 2 on economic subjects SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak. This research forms a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the research subjects are teachers and students of class XII IPS 2 SMA Negeri 10 pontianak school year 2012/2013. The results showed an increase in stages in which student learning outcomes of the first cycle of 69.44% rise in the second cycle of 86.11%. Besides an increase of student activity 11.11%, and the activity of the teacher is also an increase of 19.23%. It can be concluded that the use of the method of administration tasks (recitation) aided visual media can boost student learning outcomes economy class XII IPS 2 SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak

    The purpose of this research is to find out sociology teacher's social competency in behaving inclusive with students class XI IPS 1 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Pontianak. The approach of this research is qualitative approach with descriptive method. The research result shows that the sociology teacher's social competency in behaving open towards students classified as good. Open behavior is showed by teacher through honest attitude, humble and fair towards students when learning activity was take placed in class. The sociology teacher's ability in communicating dialogic is also classified as good, this is showed by teacher when the discussion with students take places in class, thus after the teacher present the material, students are gave the opportunity first in questioning something connected to the material which is learnt, after that students give the opportunity to students who deserve to answer the question which is presented by friends, and the last, from the question and answer which are presented by students, teacher responses and gives the summary totality

    : The purpose or the research is how to find the result of the social control toward the college girl student in Rusunawa of Tanjungpura University Pontianak. The approach ment that has been used in the research is the qualitative approach with descriptive methode. The technique of collecting data that has been used for the research are the interview technique, observation and documentation. The result of the research shows that the social preventif control that has been used by the organizer toward the college girl student in Rusunawa of Tanjungpura University Pontianak by using the socialitation, supervision, warning, making and realization of the regulation and razzia. The social repressive control by giving instruction or advise and written warning or getting them out from the Rusunawa of Tanjungpura University Pontianak. The obstruction of the research in doing social preventif and social repressive are behavior, the college girl student and the organizer was inaction. The way to over come the such kinds of those obstructions in doing social preventif and social repressive are exploite the available facilities and the insfrastructures well, do the countseling and the organizer must be more responsive actively in controlling the social deviation in Rusunawa of Tanjungpura University Pontianak

    The title of this study is "Analysis of Social Control By Teacher Against Antisocial Attitudes Students In MTs Negeri 1 Pontianak. The problem in this research is how the social control by the teacher toward the antisocial attitude of the students in MTs Negeri 1 Pontianak (1) preventive (2) repressive and (3) curative. The method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The students studied were the students of class VII A. The informants in this study were the Head of School, Teacher Counseling Guidance, Guardians Class VII A, Integrated IPS Teachers andstudent representatives. The data collection tools use observation guides, interview guides and documents. The results of the research (1) Preventive control is before teaching the teacher to give direction to the students how they should behave according to the rules in school and always be honest, during the ceremony the principal always give advice to the students, during the activity of recitation Student Representatives advise students not to forget prayer. (2) Repressive control is done by teachers giving reprimands to students who do not perform the task, the teacher gives punishment to the cheating students, the principal punishes the students who are not orderly during the ceremony and students who are late. (3) Curative control is done by the teacher Teacher Counseling Guidance by calling students and giving awareness to students who are antisocial by providing motivation and guidance
