    Pola-pola lama pemerintah yang selalu menempatkan diri sebagai badan yang paling dominan dan hierarkis serta menjadikan masyarakat dan swasta sebagai pihak kedua dibawah pemerintah, sudah tidak sesuai lagi dengan perkembangan zaman. Dimana dengan semakin berkembangnya zaman maka kompleksitas permasalahan dalam pembangunan dan pelayanan publik juga semakin meningkat, sehingga perlu adanya suatu upaya penyelenggaraan pemerintah yang tertuang dalam good governance, dimana didalamnya harus terdapat kesejajaran hubungan antara institusi negara, pasar, dan masyarakat. Disinilah peran dari manajemen network yang mengatur hubungan antar aktor/stakeholder dalam rangka mengelola kepentingan bersama dalam pencapaian good governance ini.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan bagaimanakah hubungan kerjasama/network antar aktor (pemerintah kota, pelaku USAha pariwisata, dan organisasi pariwisata) di dalam Semarang Tourism Board dalam mempromosikan Kota Semarang sebagai kota tujuan wisata serta untuk mengetahui kendala/hambatan apasaja yang terjadi dalam menjalin network antar aktor Semarang Tourism Board. Penelitian dilakukan melalui metode analisa kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analisis. Dengan sumber data utama yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara yang mendalam dengan aktor yang terlibat dalam network Semarang Tourism Board.Dari hasil penelitian, Semarang Tourism Board adalah suatu langkah awal pemerintah Kota Semarang yang sangat inisiatif dan inovatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan pariwisata yang semakin kompleks. Namun tindakan yang inovatif dan inisiatif ini pada akhirnya menjadi kurang efektif dalam pelaksanaan pencapaian tujuan utama network karena tidak diimbangi dengan adanya pengaturan organisasi atau manajemen internal organisasi yang tersistem dan terstruktur secara jelas dan rinci sehingga berbagai kendala muncul dan menghambat network untuk mencapai tujuannya

    This research is based on the need of an organized customer service system for PT. Lancar Makmur Bersama. PT. Lancar Makmur Bersama is a company that engaged in sales engineering tools. This company has many customers, therefore the customer service would be necessary to regulate and maintain good relationships with customers.The main problem faced by this company is often complaint from customers is not responded properly and information about the complaint is not documented. In addition, the activity of selling goods to customers are also not recorded properly. This research produced a system design using prototyping methods, and UML (Unified Modeling Language). The designed system could organized and documenting every complaints, feedbacks, and questions from customers, so that if there is problem that can be followed immediately

    Konsep Birrul Walidain Dan Implikasinya Dalam Membentuk Karakter Peserta Didik (Telaah Surat Maryam Ayat 41-48 Menurut Tafsir Al-misbah)

    Along with the times, human are increasingly far from the values of the Qur'an. This indludes the cause of moral decline. This research aims to determine the concept of birrul walidain in the Surah Maryam verses 41-48 and their implications in shaping the character of students based on the Maryam verses 41-48 in thw interpretation of al-Misbah. Surah Maryam verses 41-48, because he tell about the morals of the Prophet Ibrahim with his father. So that the verse can be the basis for the formation of student character. Al-Misbah's interpretation includes the interpretation of the al-adabi al-ijtima'I pattern, namely the socio-cultural interpretation style of literature. This researfch is a qualitative research with a type of library research. The data collection technique used is the documentation technique. Analysis of the data used is the interpretation method tahlili. The results of this study were obtained that there are two concepts of birrul walidain namely the concept of honesty, which ilustrates the figure of the Prophet Ibrahim who has an honest attitude in justifying something that comes from Allah and the concept of gentleness and affection of parents, namely the Prophet Ibrahim still prioritizes a gentle and devoted attitude to his parents even though his parents responded with harsh words and denial. The implication of the concept of birrul walidain is to instill honesty, compassion, and courtesy to parents.     Pengaruh Implementasi Forced Distribution Rating Performance Appraisal terhadap Task Performance: Motivasi dan Retensi sebagai Mediasi

    The assessment method of human resource that is often used, but has not been widely discussed in empirical studies is the Forced Distribution Rating Performance Appraisal (FDRPA). This study examines the effect of FDRPA on task performance mediated by motivation and retention. Data from Relationship Managers at a bank in Surabaya that implements the FDRPA system. Data collect is 81 people. The results show that FDRPA has a positive effect on task performance. Where, motivation and retention also show the mediating role of the relationship between FDRPA on task performance. This shows that management needs to understand that the factors in improving the performance of the task, there are variable motivation and retention that need to be considered as well. Furthermore, management is expected to be able to manage the implementation of FDRPA well, so that these positive benefits can continue to be sustainable
