    Wages are one of the most sensitive aspects of employment. Different stakeholders see wages from different sides. Workers see wages as a source of income to meet the needs of the workers / laborers and their families. Psychologically wages can also create satisfaction for workers. On the other hand, employers see wages as one of production costs. The government sees wages, on the one hand, to ensure the fulfillment of a decent life for workers and their families, increases labor productivity, and increases people\u27s purchasing power.The concept of theory used in this study is the management according to Prajudi Atmosudirjo which explains that in analyzing the implementation, we can see 4 (four) functions in the management of Planning, Organizing, Direction, Supervision. This study aims to find out about how the management of Minimum Wages Pekanbaru City Year 2016. This study uses qualitative research methods and data assessment descriptively. In this data collection using the technique Interview, Observation, and Documentation, using the informant as a source of information.The results showed that the management of Minimum Wages implementation Pekanbaru City in 2016 has not been able to run optimally and maximally. Planning undertaken by the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of Riau Province concerning Wages for Workers that employers should not pay wages under the Minimum Wage provisions of the City. But in the implementation of the plan itself is still a company in Pekanbaru City that does not pay the wage of workers / laborers in accordance with the City Minimum Wage has been set. This causes the non-fulfillment of decent living needs, should the workers\u27 income be able to meet physical, non-physical and social needs, which include food, beverages, clothing, housing, education, health, old age pensions, and recreation. Companies in Pekanbaru City should pay wages in accordance with City Minimum Wages in order to meet the needs of workers / laborers in order to increase the Human Resources of workers / laborers.     This study describes the Effectiveness of Patient Handling Installation services Emergency department (ED) Hospital Petala Bumi Pekanbaru.     Pengembangan Media Interaktif Komik Elektronik Berbasis Flash Movie Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Menulis Karya Satra Mahasiswa Calon Guru Sekolah Dasar

    Keterampilan menulis merupakan salah satu keterampilan yang harus dipahami dan dikuasai oleh mahasiswa calon guru sekolah dasar. Namun, pada Kenyataannya masih banyak mahasiswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam keterampilan menulis. Salah satu solusi yang dapat diberikan adalah dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang efektif. Media interaktif komik elektronik berbasis flash movie merupakan salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran menulis. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karya sastra mahasiswa calon guru sekolah dasar (PGSD) Universitas Almuslim. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa PGSD semester IV, tahun ajaran 2013/2014 berjumlah 200 mahasiswa yang tersebar dalam lima kelas paralel, sementara sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester IV, kelas A dan B berjumlah 66 mahasiswa. Adapun jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian pengembangan atau penelitian Reseach and Development (R & D) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Untuk mendapatkan data, penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen berupa tes dan angket. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus statistik. Hasil pengolahan dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa adanya Perubahan yang sangat signifikan terhadap kemampuan mahasiswa calon guru sekolah dasar dalam menulis karya sastra setelah dilakukan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media Interaktif komik elektronik berbasis flash movie. Hasil pretes dan postes yang diperoleh mahasiswa, yaitu rata-rata nilai pretes kelas eksperimen memperoleh nilai 51,2 (menulis dongeng/cerpen), 51,8 (menulis drama), 67,2 (Menulis Puisi). Sementara kelas kontrol 53,6 (menulis dongeng/cerpen), 53,2 (menulis drama), 67,9 (Menulis Puisi). Adapun nilai postes kelas eksperimen memperoleh nilai 75,23 (menulis dongeng/cerpen), 81,30 (menulis drama), 85,10 (Menulis Puisi). Sementara kelas kontrol 68,45 (menulis dongeng/cerpen), 75,60 (menulis drama), 82,50 (Menulis Puisi). Ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan siswa menulis karya sastra dengan media interaktif komik elektronik berbasis flash movie (kelas eksperimen) mengalami peningkatan yang sangat signifikan dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Selain itu, hasil angket juga menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media Interaktif komik elektronik berbasis flash movie mendapat respons yang positif dari mahasiswa

    Library is successful if it had been able to meet the needs and expectations of users. But until now Riau University Library Unit is still constrained by the quality of services provided such as:1. The number of collections that are less meet the needs of visitors, as well as the lack of new books published in Library Unit.2. The existing information systems today are still many problems.3. System of preparation of the book is still not organized.4. Less friendly and less of a response employees / officers in providing services.This study aims to determine the quality of service in improving visitor satisfaction in Riau University Library Unit and to investigate the factors that influence the quality of service in improving visitor satisfaction in Riau University Library Unit. Tjiptono theoretical concept in Hardiyansyah (2011: 40) There are six indicators to determine the quality of public services, namely: 1. Timeliness of care services 2. Accuracy 3. Courtesy and friendliness 4. Ease of getting care 5. Convenience in obtaining support services 6. Attribute servicing , This research method used descriptive qualitative method, ie the data obtained will be discussed thoroughly by the reality that occurs in institutions or where research is conducted. Then compared with the concepts and theories that support the discussion of the problems in this study, and then draw conclusions that are generally applicable.From the results of research and discussion conducted on "Quality of care in improving visitor satisfaction in Riau University Library Unit", it can be argued that the UPT service Riau University Library has been implemented but not maximum quality of services provided to library patrons. This is a drawback that can be used as a reference for the Riau University Library Unit in order to improve the quality of its services so as to improve the satisfaction of users of the library
