Demokratiuppdraget i skolan Lärarnas tolkning av statliga styrdokument på en skola i södra Sverige

This paper describes how four teachers from the same school translate democracy from the curriculum. The interviews describes how the teachers work with the curriculum and what kind of difficulties they confront in the meeting with the students and other teachers. Through qualitative interviews of these teachers, have allowed us to read into their reflections as they explain their reality of the matter. In different ways the teachers feel restrained from mediating their democratic values. Due to lack of time, undefined objectives and guidelines, complex assignments and insufficient interaction with other teachers make them struggle with what thet believe is the right thing to do. According to Michael Lipsky theory by street bureaucrats, Lennart Lundquist's theories about types of ethics and Anders Sannerstedt ideas of vague and conflicting policy decisions plus conditions for a successful implement, have the teachers situation and actions being analyzed, to furthermore comprehend the situation of the teachers and understanding of the democracy mission

Vapenlagstiftningen

Denna uppsats presenterar de svenska riksdagspartiernas syn på vapenlagstiftningen under åren 1996-2011 genom deras inlämnade motioner. Vi har studeratpartiernas samtliga inlämnade motioner till riksdagen under denna tidsperiod, information i ämnet på partiernas hemsidor samt försökt upprätta mailkontakt med var och ett av riksdagspartierna. Resultatet av detta har vi sedan studerat gentemot Gallagher et als teori om partifamiljerna och var de brukar stå. De slutsatser vi har kunnat dra är att de flesta partierna har synpunkter på aktuell lagstiftning från 1996 och har motionerat på förändringar i vapenlagstiftningen.Utifrån Gallagher et al teori om partifamilj tolkas resultatet i överenstämmelse med att teori är fast, samhället och samhällsfrågor är ständigt i förändring
