    The Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM) is a type of malignant and veryaggressive brain tumor. For this reason, computational tools to support theGBM study are of great interest to the field of biomedical research. This paperdescribes the construction of an image marker software based on image pro-cessing for to assist the user in the graphical segmentation of the region of thetumor in the image.     The Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM) is a very aggressive malignantbrain tumor. Computational tools to support the GBM study are of great interestto the field of biomedical research. This article describes the construction of acomputer system based on cellular automata, which simulates the evolution ofGBM undergoing treatment with a drug. Verification of the accuracy of thesystem was carried out based on images obtained in the period before and aftera course of treatment with bevacizumab drug. The results obtained show thatthe system is promising to replicate the evolution of treatment of GBM withbevacizumab
