Bizalom és konfliktus : A mozaikcsaládokban élő nők mindennapi konfliktusai a párkapcsolati bizalom összefüggéseiben

Tanulmányunk célja a mozaikcsaládokban felmerülő konfliktusok és a partnerkapcsolatok minőségének, bizalmasságának elemzése a családban élő nők narratíváin keresztül. Kutatásunkban e családforma működését párkapcsolati szempontból a bizalmas kapcsolatok és a konfliktusok keresztmetszetében értelmezzük. Félig strukturált interjúkkal vizsgáltuk a mozaikcsaládok működési mechanizmusait, elsősorban a családon belüli, konstruktív és destruktív konfliktusokat. Eredményeink szerint a mozaikcsaládokban élő nők által megélt konfliktusok és a partnerkapcsolatuk bizalmassága között összefüggések vannak. A konfliktusok egy része a mozaikcsaláddá formálódással összefüggésben alakul ki, de jellemzőek a családi munkamegosztást érintő, a gyermekneveléssel kapcsolatos és az anyagi jellegű konfliktusok is. A bizalmas kapcsolatok és a konfliktusok együttes értelmezésével feltárt mintázatokra tipológiarendszert dolgoztunk ki. | The aim of our study is to analyse the conflicts and the quality and intimacy of partner relationships in mosaic families through the narratives of women living in the family. In our research, we interpret the functioning of this family form from a relational perspective, in the intersection of intimacy and conflict. We used semi-structured interviews to investigate the mechanisms of functioning of mosaic families, focusing on constructive and destructive conflicts within the family. Our results show that there are correlations between the conflicts experienced by women in mosaic families and the intimacy of their partnership. Some of these conflicts are related to the process of becoming a mosaic family, but also conflicts over the division of labour within the family, child-rearing and material conflicts.
