Competition analysis for the permanent magnet market : case company: Company X
The thesis examines the competitive landscape of Company X focusing on identifying competitors, assessing their strengths and weaknesses, and analyzing key products and differentiation factors. Employing methods like discussions, secondary data collection, product analysis, and SWOT, the study aimed to provide insights into strategic decision making and market positioning. While limited by factors such as consideration of the European market and direct competitors only, the analysis suggests future research to explore additional branches of competitor analysis for a comprehensive understanding. According to the author, the findings align completely with the hypothesis initially proposed in this study. Based on the results it is suggested that competition will intensify, thus, the necessity for strong technological capabilities to avoid lagging behind competitors and to fulfill customer demands will grow
