InclusiveDevelopment: The Mode of Equalization of BasicPublic Cultural Service in ChineseUrban and Rural Areas
This paper selects the perspective of urban and rural culture as a starting point to make the research of basic public service equalization. It builds a theoretical framework to analyze inclusive development as the mode of equality of basic public cultural service in Chinese urban and rural areas. Public cultural service refers to the use of public power and resources to protect the cultural rights of citizens, meet the citizens’ basic needs of public culture service. As to perfecting public cultural services, it’s Chinese important subject for cultural mechanism reform and essential aim for cultural construction. Currently there are many questions in constructing public culture service system, for examples, the poor consciousness, imperfect system, insufficient funds investment, old cultural infrastructure and the lagged market. Therefore, we should share the light of local conditions to build a new system of public cultural services in gradually. Inclusive development as the design and effective implementation of public policies and actions that bring about socio-economic and human development, in a way that promotes the capacities and equal opportunities and rights of all people in sustainable harmony with the environment, regardless of his social condition, gender, age, physical or mental condition, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, etc.. Inclusive development is benefit to soften social contradictions and handle human livelihood, and for building a harmonious society. Through the expansion of poverty-stricken areas of infrastructure and investment in cultural resource development, people can own their equal opportunities to raise their own culture training and quality
The Effects of Cooperative Teaching Reform on Chinese English Learners’ Linguistic Abilities and Non-linguistic Abilities
This paper studies the different effects of co-teaching and traditional teaching on students’ English linguistic abilities and non-linguistic abilities in Chinese context. Ninety-one non-English majors in a college in south-eastern China were involved in this experiment. The results of one-way ANOVA showed that the effects of Chinese-foreign teachers’ cooperative teaching on participants’ linguistic abilities were significantly better than the traditional Chinese teachers’ teaching. The results of questionnaires revealed that co-teaching made a greater contribution to students’ non-linguistic abilities than the traditional way did. In addition, students held more positive attitudes to co-teaching than the traditional teaching. Finally, reasons that may lead to the results have been discussed
Rural Governance Development in the Context of the New-Type Urbanization in Tanzania: A Comparison With China
Urbanization is a basic trend of development of modern society, is also a kind of inevitable trend. However, you need to go beyond the traditional urbanization areas to understand the urbanization. The mode of traditional urbanization is mainly to population aggregation toward urban, while rural is beginning to depression. The key goal of the new-type urbanization strategy is to achieve the integration of urban and rural development. To realize the goals of integration of urban and rural development, the key problem to be solved is the difference between urban and rural areas, between agriculture and industry and the pattern of urban and rural partition. The main cause of these problems lies in the institutional arrangement, so the main way of new-type urbanization is to through system innovation.In general, urbanization promoted the rural development, but also brought with problems of governance. The process of urbanization is accompanied by the movement of population. This large-scale population flow not only changed the traditional concept of farmers living, but also changed the ecology of rural society. Therefore, with the development of urbanization, it is still under big challenges in many developing countries rural government development. This article focuses on the rural governance development in the context of the new-type urbanization in Tanzania and China. Since establishment of Sino-Tanzania diplomatic relation in 1964, the two countries have continued to have an excellent outstanding friendship and strong international relation which Tanzania become a big counterpart of China in Africa. This paper will discuss the rural governance system in Tanzania and also compare with China. Furthermore, it will discuss on how Chinese government contribute in rural government in Tanzania and the development project in the context of the new-type urbanization. This overview project will show the development support of Chinese government not only to Tanzania but also to other African countries as well
Poverty Alleviation and Development Path Analysis: A Case Study on Rocky Desertification Area of in Yunnan Guangxi Guizhou Province in China
Yunnan Guangxi Guizhou provinces are concentrated areas of rocky desertification in China. In this paper, the poverty status of Yunnan Guangxi Guizhou provinces rocky desertification areas can be analysed in multidimension. We can improve many aspects such as the ecological environment, infrastructure, education skills training and others for poverty alleviation and development. According to the poverty theory and related theory in applying to poverty alleviation of the Yunnan Guangxi Guizhou rocky desertification area, combined with their self-conditions of Yunnan Guangxi Guizhou provinces rocky desertification area, strive to solve the bottleneck problems of the development and curb desertification expansion trend, fundamentally change the face of the Yunnan Guangxi Guizhou provinces rocky desertification area, promote the sustainable development. On the basis of these, we can build the model of poverty alleviation and development of Yunnan Guangxi Guizhou provinces rocky desertification area
