    Get PDF
so far, gas sensors are playing an increasingly important role in environmental detection, agricultural production, medical treatment and other fields. Semiconductor oxide gas sensors are often used to detect toxic gases because of their low cost, simple manufacture, fast response, good selectivity and high sensitivity. There are many methods to prepare semiconductor oxides, such as hydrothermal synthesis, microwave hydrothermal synthesis and sol-gel synthesis. The advantages of hydrothermal synthesis and microwave hydrothermal synthesis are high economic efficiency and simple operation. The synthesized oxides have many different morphologies, such as zero dimensional, one-dimensional, two-dimensional, three-dimensional and so on. These diff erent morphologies are conducive to gas diff usion and enhance gas sensing performance. Especially the hierarchical structure can greatly improve the gas sensing performance due to its large specifi c surface area, large porosity and high carrier concentration. This paper describes the SMO gas sensor prepared by hydrothermal method and microwave hydrothermal method

Empirical research on the evaluation model and method of sustainability of the open source ecosystem

The development of open source brings new thinking and production modes to software engineering and computer science, and establishes a software development method and ecological environment in which groups participate. Regardless of investors, developers, participants, and managers, they are most concerned about whether the Open Source Ecosystem can be sustainable to ensure that the ecosystem they choose will serve users for a long time. Moreover, the most important quality of the software ecosystem is sustainability, and it is also a research area in Symmetry. Therefore, it is significant to assess the sustainability of the Open Source Ecosystem. However, the current measurement of the sustainability of the Open Source Ecosystem lacks universal measurement indicators, as well as a method and a model. Therefore, this paper constructs an Evaluation Indicators System, which consists of three levels: The target level, the guideline level and the evaluation level, and takes openness, stability, activity, and extensibility as measurement indicators. On this basis, a weight calculation method, based on information contribution values and a Sustainability Assessment Model, is proposed. The models and methods are used to analyze the factors affecting the sustainability of Stack Overflow (SO) ecosystem. Through the analysis, we find that every indicator in the SO ecosystem is partaking in different development trends. The development trend of a single indicator does not represent the sustainable development trend of the whole ecosystem. It is necessary to consider all of the indicators to judge that ecosystem’s sustainability. The research on the sustainability of the Open Source Ecosystem is helpful for judging software health, measuring development efficiency and adjusting organizational structure. It also provides a reference for researchers who study the sustainability of software engineering

ZNF804A rs1344706 (A/C) was the first SNP that reached genome-wide significance for schizophrenia. Recent studies have linked rs1344706 to functional connectivity among specific brain regions. However, no study thus far has examined the role of this SNP in the entire functional connectome. In this study, we used degree centrality to test the role of rs1344706 in the whole-brain voxel-wise functional connectome during the resting state. 52 schizophrenia patients and 128 healthy controls were included in the final analysis. In our whole-brain analysis, we found a significant interaction effect of genotype Ã— diagnosis at the precuneus (PCU) (cluster size = 52 voxels, peak voxel MNI coordinates: x = 9, y = - 69, z = 63, F = 32.57, FWE corrected P < 0.001). When we subdivided the degree centrality network according to anatomical distance, the whole-brain analysis also found a significant interaction effect of genotype Ã— diagnosis at the PCU with the same peak in the short-range degree centrality network (cluster size = 72 voxels, F = 37.29, FWE corrected P < 0.001). No significant result was found in the long-range degree centrality network. Our results elucidated the contribution of rs1344706 to functional connectivity within the brain network, and may have important implications for our understanding of this risk gene's role in functional dysconnectivity in schizophrenia

    3D Face Arbitrary Style Transfer

Style transfer of 3D faces has gained more and more attention. However, previous methods mainly use images of artistic faces for style transfer while ignoring arbitrary style images such as abstract paintings. To solve this problem, we propose a novel method, namely Face-guided Dual Style Transfer (FDST). To begin with, FDST employs a 3D decoupling module to separate facial geometry and texture. Then we propose a style fusion strategy for facial geometry. Subsequently, we design an optimization-based DDSG mechanism for textures that can guide the style transfer by two style images. Besides the normal style image input, DDSG can utilize the original face input as another style input as the face prior. By this means, high-quality face arbitrary style transfer results can be obtained. Furthermore, FDST can be applied in many downstream tasks, including region-controllable style transfer, high-fidelity face texture reconstruction, large-pose face reconstruction, and artistic face reconstruction. Comprehensive quantitative and qualitative results show that our method can achieve comparable performance. All source codes and pre-trained weights will be released to the public

ObjectivePublished studies suggest that the effects of curcumin on blood lipids in adults are controversial, and it is unclear whether there is a dose response to lipid changes following curcumin supplementation. Therefore, we conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) to evaluate the effects of curcumin on triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL), and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL) in the Asian populations with metabolic diseases.MethodsWe systematically searched four electronic databases, including Web of Science, PubMed, Google Scholar, and Cochrane Library, for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of the effects of curcumin on TG, TC, LDL, and HDL in the Asian populations with metabolic diseases. Mean difference (MD) indicates effect size with combined 95% confidence interval (95% CI). Heterogeneity among studies was assessed by I2. Subgroup analyses were performed to explore potential sources of heterogeneity.ResultsEvidence from 23 RCTs for TG, 21 RCTs for TC and LDL, and 22 RCTs for HDL showed that curcumin supplementation significantly reduced TG (MD: −18.07 mg/dL, 95% CI: −30.30, −5.85, P < 0. 01), TC (MD: −13.29 mg/dL, 95% CI: −20.43, −6.16, P < 0.01), and LDL (MD: −10.44 mg/dL, 95% CI: −16.87, −4.00, P < 0.01), but no effect on HDL (MD: 1.66 mg/dL, 95% CI: −0.13, 3.44, P = 0.07). In the non-linear dose-response analysis, we observed a significant effect of curcumin supplementation dose on TG levels (P-non-linearity = 0.022).ConclusionIn conclusion, curcumin may be beneficial in reducing TG, TC, and LDL levels in the Asian populations with metabolic diseases. The dose of curcumin intervention may be an underlying factor influencing TG levels

The objective of this meta-analysis is to explore the correlation between the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) on diffusion-weighted MR and the standard uptake value (SUV) of 18F-FDG on PET/CT in patients with cancer. Databases such as PubMed (MEDLINE included), EMBASE, and Cochrane Database of Systematic Review were searched for relevant original articles that explored the correlation between SUV and ADC in English. After applying Fisher’s r-to-z transformation, correlation coefficient (r) values were extracted from each study and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were calculated. Sensitivity and subgroup analyses based on tumor type were performed to investigate the potential heterogeneity. Forty-nine studies were eligible for the meta-analysis, comprising 1927 patients. Pooled r for all studies was −0.35 (95% CI: −0.42–0.28) and exhibited a notable heterogeneity (I2 = 78.4%; P < 0.01). In terms of the cancer type subgroup analysis, combined correlation coefficients of ADC/SUV range from −0.12 (lymphoma, n = 5) to −0.59 (pancreatic cancer, n = 2). We concluded that there is an average negative correlation between ADC and SUV in patients with cancer. Higher correlations were found in the brain tumor, cervix carcinoma, and pancreas cancer. However, a larger, prospective study is warranted to validate these findings in different cancer types

Experimental Investigation on the Explosive Substitute by Drop Test

    No full text
The drop tests of the experimental structure with explosive substitute material were carried out to study the dynamic deformation and failure of the explosive substitute. The PBX simulation material was designed as a cylindrical flat head structure, with the support structure of the PBX simulation material as an aluminum support ring, and with an affixed counterweight to the upper part of the PBX simulation material. The PBX simulation materials, the counterweight and the support ring, were glued together to form the drop test pieces. A special drop test system was designed, which realized the non-deflection of the falling posture of the drop test pieces and that the drop was pure free. The results show that in the drop impact tests, the critical height of the explosive simulant failure is about 600 mm to 700 mm when the counterweight of 19.62 kg is used

Risk Assessment Method for Cable System Construction of Long-Span Suspension Bridge Based on Cloud Model

    No full text
Cable system construction is one of the most risky construction stages of long-span suspension bridges, and a reliable risk assessment is an important means to ensure the construction safety. This study proposes a risk assessment method for cable system construction of suspension bridges based on the cloud model, which can combine randomness and fuzziness of risk information effectively. First, a multilevel evaluation index system is built by disassembling the process of cable system construction. Next, the index weights are calculated by the uncertain analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Then, according to the cloud model, a risk assessment model for cable system construction of the suspension bridge is established by realizing the mutual transformation between qualitative language and quantified data. Finally, an illustrative example concerning the risk of cable system construction of Wuhan Yang-Si-Gang Yangtze River Bridge is provided to demonstrate the feasibility and objectivity of the proposed method

Application of PVDF Gauges in Solid Interface

    No full text
It’s difficult to directly measure the pressure on the surface of the material in the impact process. PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) gauges may help to solve this problem. In this paper, some split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) experiments were carried out with the PVDF gauges as specimens, with the strain gauges pasted on the bars being used as the measurement method. By comparing the results of the strain gauges and the PVDF gauges, it is proved that there is a stress concentration when the PVDF gauges were sandwiched directly in the solid interface. Then, two methods to eliminate the stress concentration are verified by experiments. The first method is adding a cushion, such as electrical tape. The second method is using 502 glue, which is evenly coated on the interface
