High Current Matching over Full-Swing and Low-Glitch Charge Pump Circuit for PLLs
A high current matching over full-swing and low-glitch charge pump (CP) circuit is proposed. The current of the CP is split into two identical branches having one-half the original current. The two branches are connected in source-coupled structure, and a two-stage amplifier is used to regulate the common-source voltage for the minimum current mismatch. The proposed CP is designed in TSMC 0.18µm CMOS technology with a power supply of 1.8 V. SpectreRF based simulation results show the mismatch between the current source and the current sink is less than 0.1% while the current is 40 µA and output swing is 1.32 V ranging from 0.2 V to 1.52 V. Moreover, the transient output current presents nearly no glitches. The simulation results verify the usage of the CP in PLLs with the maximum tuning range from the voltage-controlled oscillator, as well as the low power supply applications
蠲痛汤热敷治疗中风后肩手综合征30例临床观察
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Juan-tong decoction hot compressing on Shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.Methods: Sixty selected cases were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 patients and control group of 30 patients.The cases in control group were treated with routine symptomatic treatment,and the ones in treatment group were treated with Juan-tong decoction hot compressing on the basis of above treatment.At last the curative effects were observed.Results: In treatment group 17 cases were recovered,10 cases effective,3 cases ineffective. The total effective rate was 90.00% . In control group 10 cases were recovered,12 cases effective,and 8 cases ineffective.The total effective rate was 73.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion: Juan-tong decoction hot compressing combined with routine symptomatic treatment has better effect on Shoulder hand syndrome after stroke compared to onlyroutine symptomatic treatment.目的 观察蠲痛汤热敷治疗中风后肩手综合征的临床疗效。方法 60例中风后肩手综合征病人随机分为两组:治疗组及对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予蠲痛汤热敷, 对照组给予基础治疗。结果 治疗组30例患者中,治愈17例,有效10例,无效3例,总有效率为90.00%;对照组30例患者中,治愈10例,有效12例,无效8例,总有效率为73.33%。结论 蠲痛汤热敷是治疗中风后肩手综合征的一种疗效确切的中药复方
SMA observations of C2H in High-Mass Star Forming Regions
CH is a representative hydrocarbon that is abundant and ubiquitous in the
interstellar medium (ISM). To study its chemical properties, we present
Submillimeter Array (SMA) observations of the CH and HCN
transitions and the 1.1 mm continuum emission toward four OB
cluster-forming regions, AFGL 490, ON 1, W33 Main, and G10.6-0.4, which cover a
bolometric luminosity range of 10--10 . We found that
on large scales, the CH emission traces the dense molecular envelope.
However, for all observed sources, the peaks of CH emission are offset by
several times times 10 AU from the peaks of 1.1 mm continuum emission,
where the most luminous stars are located. By comparing the distribution and
profiles of CH hyperfine lines and the 1.1 mm continuum emission, we find
that the CH column density (and abundance) around the 1.1 mm continuum
peaks is lower than those in the ambient gas envelope. Chemical models suggest
that CH might be transformed to other species owing to increased
temperature and density; thus, its reduced abundance could be the signpost of
the heated molecular gas in the 10 AU vicinity around the embedded
high-mass stars. Our results support such theoretical prediction for centrally
embedded -- OB star-forming cores, while future
higher-resolution observations are required to examine the CH
