    A New Application of Ethylenediamine to Improve CO2 Sweep Efficiency in Extremely-Low Permeability Reservoir

     Gas breakthrough is a common problem in CO2 displacement. This paper provides a new method with ethylenediamine to improve the efficiency of CO2 injection, sealing off the breakthrough channel. Experiments in porous medium model show that the ethylenediamine system can be easily injected into extremely low permeability reservoir, it can react with CO2 and the generated carbonate will reduce the permeability of the flooding region, causing the breakthrough pressure reaches 22MPa, hence, the swept efficiency is improved. Oil displacement experiment with heterogeneous core shows that the recovery factor is improved by 19.8%. Additionally, the ethylenediamine system shows high temperature resistance and CO2 erosion resistance. It also has an advantage of selective plugging, it will not injury the reservoir where CO2 does not pass by as long as we chose the suitable injection speed, prepositive and postpositive slug.     Study on the Rheological Properties and Constitutive Model of Shenzhen Mucky Soft Soil

    In order to obtain the basic parameters of numerical analysis about the time-space effect of the deformation occurring in Shenzhen deep soft-soil foundation pit, a series of triaxial consolidated-undrained shear rheology tests on the peripheral mucky soft soil of a deep foundation pit support were performed under different confining pressures. The relations between the axial strain of the soil and time, as well as between the pore-water pressure of the soil and time, were achieved, meanwhile on the basis of analyzing the rheological properties of the soil, the relevant rheological models were built. Analysis results were proved that the rheology of Shenzhen mucky soft soil was generally viscous, elastic, and plastic, and had a low yield stress between 90 and 150 kPa. The increase in pore-water pressure made the rheological time effect of the mucky soft soil more remarkable. Thus, the drainage performance in practical engineering should be improved to its maximum possibility extent to decrease the soft-soil rheological deformation. Lastly, a six-component extended Burgers model was employed to fit the test results and the parameters of the model were determined. Findings showed that the extended Burgers model could satisfactorily simulate the various rheological stages of the mucky soft soil. The constitutive model and the determination of its parameters can be served as a foundation for the time-space effect analysis on the deformation of deep soft-soil foundation pits

    Simple smooth modules over the superconformal current algebra

    In this paper, we classify simple smooth modules over the superconformal current algebra g\frak g. More precisely, we first classify simple smooth modules over the Heisenberg-Clifford algebra, and then prove that any simple smooth g\frak g-module is a tensor product of such modules for the super Virasoro algebra and the Heisenberg-Clifford algebra, or an induced module from a simple module over some finite-dimensional solvable Lie superalgebras. As a byproduct, we provide characterizations for both simple highest weight g\frak g-modules and simple Whittaker g\frak g-modules. Additionally, we present several examples of simple smooth g\frak g-modules that are not tensor product of modules over the super Virasoro algebra and the Heisenberg-Clifford algebra.Comment: Latex, 30pages, comments are welcome

    Uspostava sendvič ELISE testa za goveđi plazma PON-1 i njegova prediktivna vrijednost za masnu jetru u mliječnih krava

    The aim of this study to improve the clinical diagnosis of fatty livers (FL) in dairy cows by using the paraoxonase-1 (PON-1) enzyme as a detection index. Prokaryotic expression technology was used to generate recombinant bovine PON-1 protein. Mice were immunized with this protein to generate hybridoma cells, stably secreting anti-PON-1. Cells were injected into the peritoneal cavity of mice, and ascites were purified to generate bovine PON-1 monoclonal antibody. Rabbits were then immunized with this antigen, and a polyclonal antibody against bovine PON-1 was obtained. Using monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies, a double-antibody sandwich ELISA for plasma PON-1 was constructed. Plasma samples were collected from healthy (n = 13) and FL (n = 13) cows, and plasma PON-1 levels were detected using the PON-1 ELISA. Receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) analysis was used to analyze correlations between PON-1 levels and FL. Results showed that the ideal working concentration of the monoclonal antibody was 0.8 mg/mL, and the quantitative detection limit was 90 ng/mL. Plasma PON-1 levels were significantly lower in FL cows, when compared with healthy animals. It is concluded that PON-1 ELISA predicts risk factors for dairy cows with FL. PON-1 levels in plasma can be used as an early warning indicator for FL and concentration of 61.87 nmol/L was identified as warning index.Cilj ovog rada bio je unaprijediti kliničku dijagnostiku masne jetre (FL) u mliječnih krava upotrebom enzima paraoksonaze-1 (PON-1) kao indeksa za otkrivanje bolesti. Primijenjena je metoda prokariotske ekspresije kako bi se proizveo rekombinantni goveđi protein PON-1. Miševi su imunizirani ovim proteinom kako bi porizveli stanice hibridoma sa stabilnim izlučivanjem anti-PON-1. Stanice su injektirane u peritonealnu šupljinu miševa te je ascites pročišćen kako bi proizveo goveđa monoklonska protutijela PON-1. Tim su antigenom imunizirani kunići te je dobiveno poliklonsko antitijelo na goveđi PON-1. Upotrebom monoklonskih i poliklonskih antitijela uspostavljen je sendvič ELISA test dva sloja antitijela za plazmatski PON-1. Uzorci plazme prikupljeni su iz zdravih krava (n = 13) i krava s masnom jetrom (n = 13), dok su razine plazmatskog PON-1 detektirane upotrebom PON-1 ELISA. Analizom ROC krivulje analizirane su korelacije između razina PON-1 i FL-a. Rezultati pokazuju da je idealna radna koncentracija monoklonskih protutijela bila 0,8 mg/mL, a kvantitativno ograničenje detekcije 90 ng/mL. Razine plazmatskog PON-1 bile su znakovito niže u krava s masnom jetrom u usporedbi sa zdravim životinjama. Zaključeno je da je PON-1 dobiven ELISA-om prediktor rizičnih čimbenika za masnu jetru u krava. Plazmatske razine PON-1 mogu poslužiti kao rani pokazatelj masne jetre, a kao upozoravajući indeks pokazala se koncentracija od 61,87 nmol/L

    Semantic lifting and reasoning on the personalised activity big data repository for healthcare research

    The fast growing markets of smart health monitoring devices and mobile applications provide opportunities for common citizens to have capability for understanding and managing their own health situations. However, there are many challenges for data engineering and knowledge discovery research to enable efficient extraction of knowledge from data that is collected from heterogonous devices and applications with big volumes and velocity. This paper presents research that initially started with the EC MyHealthAvatar project and is under continual improvement following the project’s completion. The major contribution of the work is a comprehensive big data and semantic knowledge discovery framework which integrates data from varied data resources. The framework applies hybrid database architecture of NoSQL and RDF repositories with introductions for semantic oriented data mining and knowledge lifting algorithms. The activity stream data is collected through Kafka’s big data processing component. The motivation of the research is to enhance the knowledge management, discovery capabilities and efficiency to support further accurate health risk analysis and lifestyle summarisation

    In the title complex, [Cu(C14H14NO2)2], the discrete complex mol­ecules have crystallographic inversion symmetry. The slightly distorted square-planar coordination sphere of the CuII atom comprises two phenolate O atoms and two oxime N atoms from two bidentate–chelate 2-[1-(eth­oxy­imino)­eth­yl]-1-naphtho­late O-ethyl oxime (L −) ligands [Cu—O = 1.8919 (17) Å and Cu—N = 1.988 (2) Å]. The two naphthalene ring systems in the mol­ecule are parallel, with a perpendicular inter­planar spacing of 1.473 (2) Å, while each complex unit forms links to four other mol­ecules via inter­molecular methyl C—H⋯π inter­actions, giving an infinite cross-linked layered supra­molecular structur
