LL-series attached to two classical families of elliptic curves with complex multiplications are studied over number fields, formulae for their special values at s=1,s=1, bound of the values, and criterion of reaching the bound are given. Let E1:y2=x3D1x E_1: y^{2}=x^{3}-D_1 x be elliptic curves over the Gaussian field K=\Q(\sqrt{-1}), with D1=π1...πn D_1 =\pi_{1} ... \pi_{n} or D1=π12...πr2πr+1...πn D_1 =\pi_{1} ^{2}... \pi_{r} ^{2} \pi_{r+1} ... \pi_{n}, where π1,...,πn\pi_{1}, ..., \pi_{n} are distinct primes in KK. A formula for special values of Hecke LL-series attached to such curves expressed by Weierstrass \wp-function are given; a lower bound of 2-adic valuations of these values of Hecke LL-series as well as a criterion for reaching these bounds are obtained. Furthermore, let E2:y2=x32433D22 E_{2}: y^{2}=x^{3}-2^{4}3^{3}D_2^{2} be elliptic curves over the quadratic field \Q(\sqrt{-3}) with D2=π1...πn, D_2 =\pi_{1} ... \pi_{n}, where π1,...,πn\pi_{1}, ..., \pi_{n} are distinct primes of \Q(\sqrt{-3}), similar results as above but for 3adic3-adic valuation are also obtained. These results are consistent with the predictions of the conjecture of Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer, and develop some results in recent literature for more special case and for 2adic2-adic valuation

Purpose: “Rain classroom” is a smart teaching tool jointly developed by Xuetang and Tsinghua University Online Education Office. This study aims to investigate first-year students’ behavior intention and use behavior using the online learning system of Rain Classroom in Chengdu, China. The conceptual framework contains perceived usefulness, self-efficacy, attitude, subjective norms, effort expectancy, behavioral intention, and use behavior. Research design, data, and methodology: The study was conducted quantitatively by distributing questionnaires to 500 participants. The data were primarily tested for content validity and constructs’ reliability in The Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) and pilot test (n=50) of Cronbach’s Alpha. The sampling procedure involves judgmental, stratified random, and convenience sampling. The data was analyzed through Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results: The results show that perceived usefulness and subjective norms significantly influence attitude. Furthermore, self-efficacy, attitude, subjective norms, and effort expectancy significantly influence behavioral intention. Behavioral intention and use behavior are also significantly related. Nevertheless, non-support relationships exist between self-efficacy and attitude, and effort expectancy and use behavior. Conclusions: The application of rain classrooms can be enhanced by promoting its benefits and how such a system can optimize students’ learning efficiency

Purpose: This study aims to examine the second-year students’ behavior intention and use behavior towards Rain Classroom online learning system in Chengdu, China. The major variables are used to develop a conceptual framework which are contains perceived usefulness, self-efficacy, attitude, subjective norms, effort expectancy, behavioral intention, and use behavior. Research design, data, and methodology: The quantitative study applied the questionnaire as a tool to collect the data from 500 students in selected three collages in Chengdu. The data were prior approved for content validity and constructs’ reliability in The Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) and pilot test (n=50) of Cronbach’s Alpha. The sampling techniques used are judgmental, stratified random, and convenience sampling. The data was analyzed through Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results: The results show most of hypotheses were supported, excepted the relationship between effort expectancy and use behavior. The support relationships are that perceived usefulness, self-efficacy and subjective norms significantly influence attitude. Additionally, self-efficacy, attitude, subjective norms, and effort expectancy significantly influence behavioral intention. Behavioral intention and use behavior are also significantly related. Conclusions: Rain Classroom can provide online learning to achieve a seamless connection between online and offline learning, which can be endorsed by the successful adoption of students in China

ANALYSIS OF LOWER LIMB MOVEMENT IN ELITE FEMALE RACE WALKERS UNDER NEW RULES

INTRODUCTION: In 1996, the rules for race-walking were revised under NO.191 of International Competitive Rules of Track and Field. There were substantial differences in content from previously established guidelines. The changes are as follows: First, only referees can determine the disqualifying technique of race-walkers. Secondly, with every step, the leg must be straight when it comes in contact with the ground and must remain in a locked state until the vertical-supporting phase. This stage is defined as when the player’s body is vertical with ground. However, this was not defined in the original rules (Zong and Lu, 1997). Due to these changes, techniques available for race-walking have to be reviewed. Moreover, strict adherence to the new technique is the key for athletes to avoid disqualification. The purpose of this paper was to analyze the technique generalities of lower limbs of elite race-walkers based on biomechanical principles and to provide information to coaches and athletes for improvement in performance

This study aims to investigate the inhibitory effects of oridonin nanosuspension on human prostatic carcinoma PC-3 cell line in vitro. The PC-3 cells were incubated with increasing concentrations of oridonin solution and nanosuspensions for 12 hours, 24 hours, and 36 hours. MTT [3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide] assay was performed to measure cellular viability and investigate the effect of oridonin on cell growth of PC-3. Annexin V-FITC/PI staining method was used to determine the effect of oridonin by fluorescence microscope and flow cytometry, respectively. Nanosuspension on early apoptosis of PC-3 cells was also evaluated. Oridonin significantly inhibited the growth of PC-3 cells after 12 hours, 24 hours, and 36 hours of treatment in a dose-dependent manner (P < 0.05). Compared with the same concentration of oridonin solution, oridonin nanosuspension enhanced the inhibition ratio of proliferation. The observation of propidium iodide fluorescence staining confirmed the MTT assay results. The cell proportion of PC-3 at the G2/M phase in the nanosuspension treatment group was upregulated compared with that of the control and oridonin solution groups. Both oridonin solution and nanosuspension promoted the early apoptosis of PC-3 cells. Furthermore, while improving the ratio of early apoptosis, oridonin nanosuspensions also enhanced growth suppression, and induced apoptosis of PC-3 cells. This shows great potential in the treatment of androgen-independent carcinoma of prostate by oridonin nanosuspensions

BackgroundAlthough job burnout and mental health difficulties are prevalent negative influences on clinicians’ subjective wellbeing (SWB), there are few investigations into their relationships. This research investigates the mediating role of mental illness in the association between clinicians’ SWB and job burnout in China.MethodsThis study used the data collected from a cross-sectional survey conducted in China. Using convenience sampling, we conducted a face-to-face questionnaire survey among clinicians in a tertiary hospital in Shandong Province from August to September 2019. The 22-item Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey (Chinese version) and the Personal Wellbeing Index-Adult assessed job burnout and SWB. The Chinese short version of Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-C21) assessed mental health. We also collected data on participants’ sociodemographic characteristics and job-related factors. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was applied to examine the associations between variables.ResultsAmong the 422 participants, 80.8% of the participants reported at least one symptom of job burnout, whereas 5.7% reported all three symptoms of burnout. The prevalence rates of depression, anxiety, and stress were 40.3, 41.7, and 24.9%, respectively. Only 12.8% of the participants had high level of SWB. In mediation analysis, job burnout is positively associated with mental illness (β = 0.809, P < 0.001), mental illness had a significant negative association with SWB (β = −0.236, P = 0.013), and a negative association between job burnout and SWB was significant (β = −0.377, P = 0.002). Mental illness played a partially mediated role in the association between job burnout and SWB (indirect effect = −0.191, 95% CI: −0.361∼−0.017), and the mediating effect of mental illness can explain the 33.6% of the total effect of job burnout on SWB.ConclusionThis study provides evidence that the effect of job burnout on SWB is partially mediated by mental illness among clinicians in China. Medical administration departments and hospital administrators should pay close attention to the job burnout and mental health of clinicians, so as to effectively improve the SWB of clinicians
