    Get PDF
A k-quantum nonlinear Jaynes-Cummings model for two trapped ions interacting with laser beams resonant to k-th red side-band of center-of-mass mode, far from Lamb-Dicke regime, has been obtained. The exact analytic solution showed the existence of quantum collapses and revivals of the occupation of two atoms.Comment: 8 pages, 3 figure

Quantum-State Engineering of Multiple Trapped Ions for Center-of-Mass Mode

We propose a scheme to generate a superposition with arbitrary coefficients on a line in phase space for the center-of-mass vibrational mode of N ions by means of isolating all other spectator vibrational modes from the center-of-mass mode. It can be viewed as the generation of previous methods for preparing motional states of one ion. For large number of ions, we need only one cyclic operatin to generate such a superposition of many coherent states.Comment: 14 pages, revte

Regional Differences and Influencing Factors of Psychological Integration of Urban Floating Population in China

Based on the dynamic monitoring survey data of floating population in 2017, this paper analyzes the regional differences and influencing factors of psychological integration of urban floating population in China. The results show that: (1) The psychological integration of floating population is at a high level; (2) there are significant regional differences in the psychological integration of floating population. The psychological integration of Southeast coastal and a few Western cities is lower than the national average level, and the psychological integration of Northeast, Shandong, Sichuan and Chongqing is higher than the national average level; (3) the psychological integration of floating population has spatial agglomeration effect. In addition to Sichuan and Chongqing, hot spots are concentrated in the North and cold spots are concentrated in the Southeast. (4) Factors like owning real estate, employer status and high education level accelerate the psychological integration of floating population; the increase of income is not conducive to psychological integration, which is related to the sense of relative deprivation; participation in the “new rural cooperative medical system” has a restrictive effect on the psychological integration of floating population; The equalization of temporary residence permit/residence permit and basic public services is an important way to realize psychological integration. The rapid development of urban economy is conducive to the psychological integration of floating population. Inter provincial mobility has an inhibitory effect, and the effects of economic development level, family size and local residence time are not significant

    Get PDF
As to combine with specific engineering practice, this paper presents a framework to guide rail type adhesive lifting scaffolding in high-rise residential building design and constructions well as changed the traditional characteristics of steel pipe scaffold by using new standard truss and scaffold board design All the connecting parts are connected by bolt, using electric wrench to install, and implementing the overall tools, systematic design and installation. Engineering practice proved that the frame rail type adhesive lifting scaffold can not only speed up the construction progress, control costs and improve economic efficiency, but also be popularized in similar engineering

On the second-order zero differential spectra of some power functions over finite fields

Boukerrou et al. (IACR Trans. Symmetric Cryptol. 2020(1), 331-362) introduced the notion of Feistel Boomerang Connectivity Table (FBCT), the Feistel counterpart of the Boomerang Connectivity Table (BCT), and the Feistel boomerang uniformity (which is the same as the second-order zero differential uniformity in even characteristic). FBCT is a crucial table for the analysis of the resistance of block ciphers to power attacks such as differential and boomerang attacks. It is worth noting that the coefficients of FBCT are related to the second-order zero differential spectra of functions. In this paper, by carrying out certain finer manipulations of solving specific equations over the finite field Fpn\mathbb{F}_{p^n}, we explicitly determine the second-order zero differential spectra of some power functions with low differential uniformity, and show that our considered functions also have low second-order zero differential uniformity. Our study pushes further former investigations on second-order zero differential uniformity and Feistel boomerang differential uniformity for a power function FF

An \textit{ab initio} study of magnetic structure transitions of FePS3_3 under high pressure

Recent experimental work shows that FePS3_3 undergoes phase transitions from C2/mC2/m (β∼107∘\beta\sim107^{\circ}) to C2/mC2/m (β∼90∘\beta\sim90^{\circ}) at 66 GPa and then to metallic P3ˉ1mP\bar{3}1m at 1414 GPa, with the magnetic ordering wave vector turning from k=(0112)k=(01\frac{1}{2}) to k=(010)k=(010) at 22 GPa and to short-range magnetic order accompanying the insulator-metal transition. By preserving the magnetic point groups in ab initioab \ initio calculations we report the following: (1) We successfully reproduce the first magnetic structure transition at 1.21.2 GPa and briefly discuss the influence of the Hubbard U parameter on this transition. This isostructural transition causes a change of the Brillouin zone from base-centered monoclinic to primitive monoclinic, and an indrect band gap to direct band gap transition. (2) There is a rotation of the Fe-S octahedron about 0.5∘0.5^\circ through the [001][001] axis before the neighboring layers shift. (3) The shift between neighboring layers is predicted to occur at 10.010.0 GPa and reverses the energy order between dx2−y2d_{x^2-y^2} and dxyd_{xy}. (4) A sudden decrease of Fe-S bond length to 2.202.20 \AA \ accompanies the vanishing of magnetic moment in the insulator-metal transition. Our work shows the importance of symmetries of magnetic structures in pressure-induced phase transition of magnetic systems

Calcium Biogeochemical Cycle in a Typical Karst Forest: Evidence from Calcium Isotope Compositions

    Get PDF
In order to better constrain calcium cycling in natural soil and in soil used for agriculture, we present the δ44/40Ca values measured in rainwater, groundwater, plants, soil, and bedrock samples from a representative karst forest in SW China. The δ44/40Ca values are found to differ by ≈3.0‰ in the karst forest ecosystem. The Ca isotope compositions and Ca contents of groundwater, rainwater, and bedrock suggest that the Ca of groundwater primarily originates from rainwater and bedrock. The δ44/40Ca values of plants are lower than that of soils, indicating the preferential uptake of light Ca isotopes by plants. The distribution of δ44/40Ca values in the soil profiles (increasing with soil depth) suggests that the recycling of crop-litter abundant with lighter Ca isotope has potential effects on soil Ca isotope composition. The soil Mg/Ca content ratio probably reflects the preferential plant uptake of Ca over Mg and the difference in soil maturity. Light Ca isotopes are more abundant in mature soils than nutrient-depleted soils. The relative abundance in the light Ca isotope (40Ca) is in the following order: farmland > burnt grassland > forests > grassland > shrubland. Our results further indicate that biological fractionation in a soil–plant system is a vital factor for Ca–geochemical transformations in soil surface systems

The investigation of partially APN functions has attracted a lot of research interest recently. In this paper, we present several new infinite classes of 0-APN power functions over F2n\mathbb{F}_{2^n} by using the multivariate method and resultant elimination, and show that these 0-APN power functions are CCZ-inequivalent to the known ones.Comment: arXiv admin note: text overlap with arXiv:2210.02207, arXiv:2210.15103 by other author
