Synthesis and characterization of bis-MPA based branched polymers with thymine core

Synthesis and characterisation of the bis-MPA based branched materials was performed. Thymine derivative was incorporated into the polymer structure as a core moiety and an active centre for H-bonding. Програмні документи як джерело з історії анархістського руху в Україні на початку XX століття

У статті розглядаються програми та програмні документи як історичне джерело з історії анархістського руху в Україні на початку XX століття. Історичні умови, що склалися в Україні та Росії у 1903–1914 рр., безсумнівно, вплинули на формування і характер джерел. Зокрема, відсутність центрального органу та заперечення руху в цілому відбилися й на характері джерельної бази, яка відзначається порівняно незначною кількістю партійно-організаційних документів, що мають особливі характерологічні ознаки. Загальноросійський характер анархістської діяльності вплинув також на характер джерел, які хоча і розповсюджувалися в Україні, але в їх змісті не було посилань на конкретну діяльність на її території. Подана класифікація джерел, які поділяються на такі групи: програми та устави, резолюції з’їздів, партійна преса, спогади та спостереження діячів руху, приватне листування. Також визначається специфіка саме програмно-організаційних джерел анархістів. Вони характеризуються відповідно до поглядів анархістів на саму організацію та партійне керівництво. Не визнаючи ніякої організації, вважаючи будь-яке керівництво насиллям над особистістю, анархісти виступали за повну автономність та самостійність груп, взаємодію на федеративних засадах. Характеризуються програми та програмні заяви анархістів як історичне джерело. Визначається історична цінність документів та їх специфіка. Через дослідження документів встановлюються ідеологічні засади, тактичні прийоми боротьби, погляди на роль та значення різних верств населення у революції. Опрацьовані документи дають можливість встановити територію діяльності анархістів в Україні  на початку XX століття

FORMATION OF METHODICAL BASE IN THE COST-NAVIGATION SYSTEM

In article the questions connected with formation of methodical base of cost management and research of opportunities of her use in the «Cost-navigation» system are considered.
