Influence of ozonoterapy on microbiological description of exciters suppurative dis-eases of soft tissues in militarymen

The evaluation of efficacy of ozone therapy was done in this study in complex treatment suppurative diseases of soft tissues in military man using basic indications of wound process (timelines of wounds cleansing from fibrin granulations and marginal epitalization appearance, average daily procent of area reduction), microbial contamination of wounds, criteria of Systemic Inflammation Response Syndrome. 310 patients were enrolled in the study: 155 patients were dispensed to the basic group where traditional treatment and ozone therapy were conducted, and 155 patients were dispensed to the control group where only traditional treatment was conducted. For the first, fourth, tenth days it was conducted indications studying. There was registered the reliable improvement of indications of wound process, tendency to normalization of basic criteria of Systemic Inflammation Response Syndrome at a time when ozone therapy was conducted in comparison with traditional treatment.В исследовании дана оценка эффективности озонотерапии в комплексном лечении гнойно-воспалительных заболеваний мягких тканей у военнослужащих с помощью основных показателей течения раневого процесса (сроки очищения ран от фибрина, появление грануляций, краевой эпителизации, среднесуточного процента уменьшения площади). Изучены основные возбудители хирургической инфекции мягких тканей, а также тенденции формирования резистентности микрофлоры. В исследование были включены 310 пациентов: 155 пациентов основной, где в комплексе с традиционным лечением проводилась озонотерапия и 155 контрольной группы, получавших только традиционное лечение. Изучение показателей проводилось на первые, четвертые, десятые сутки. Отмечено достоверное улучшение показателей течения раневого процесса, на фоне использования озонотерапии, в сравнении с традиционным лечением

Представлен вывод, что согласно законодательства Украины исследование с использованием полиграфа может осуществляться по добровольному согласию лица на проведение опроса с использованием технического средства - компьютерный полиграф, но такой опрос фиксируется в справке о результате опроса с помощью полиграфа и используются как вспомогательная информация для установления доказательств. The complicated colorectal cancer: analysis of a current state of a problem
