    It is important to understand how the pandemic has generated changes following the confinement caused by the COVID-19 health crisis. This research identifies the impact on consumption and consumer behavior regarding sustainable products after the pandemic, considering social and economic variables. A literature review was conducted using secondary sources and open-access databases that were published during the confinement. Additionally, a digital tool was employed to analyze the changes in consumption behavior as the pandemic progressed and the efforts of companies to adapt. It is essential to ask whether the effects on consumer behavior will be lasting once the pandemic is over in terms of sustainability and how companies will need to adapt to these changes.Es importante entender c贸mo la pandemia ha generado cambios a partir del confinamiento producido por la crisis sanitaria del COVID-19. Esta investigaci贸n identifica el impacto en el consumo y el comportamiento del consumidor en relaci贸n con productos sustentables tras la pandemia, considerando variables sociales y econ贸micas. Se realiz贸 una revisi贸n bibliogr谩fica utilizando fuentes secundarias y bases de datos de acceso abierto que fueron publicadas durante el confinamiento. Asimismo, se emple贸 una herramienta digital para analizar los cambios en el comportamiento del consumo a medida que se desarrollaba la pandemia y los esfuerzos de las empresas para adaptarse.
