    Estimaci贸n de Emisiones de Contaminantes Atmosf茅ricos y Clim谩ticos Asociadas a Maquinaria M贸vil no de Carretera en el Departamento de Cundinamarca (2019)

    La maquinaria m贸vil no de carretera (MMNC) en Estados Unidos y Europa ha sido centro de atenci贸n debido a su alto consumo de di茅sel (sustancia cancer铆gena) y a su contribuci贸n en las emisiones de contaminantes clim谩ticos y atmosf茅ricos a nivel nacional. Debido a esto, se ha avanzado en la reglamentaci贸n de sus emisiones desde los 90. En pa铆ses de Latinoam茅rica como Colombia a煤n no se cuenta con la estimaci贸n de estos contaminantes a nivel departamental a pesar de los impactos en salud p煤blica, econ贸micos y ambientales. As铆 las cosas, con la presente investigaci贸n se busc贸 estimar las emisiones de contaminantes atmosf茅ricos y clim谩ticos asociados a la MMNC en el departamento de Cundinamarca al a帽o 2019. Para ello, se construy贸 el inventario de MMNC activa al a帽o 2019 a partir de informaci贸n aduanera (2009-2019) y el modelo de chatarrizaci贸n de la agencia ambiental de los estados Unidos (EPA). Se estimaron las emisiones asociadas teniendo en cuenta gu铆as metodol贸gicas de la EPA y de la agencia europea de medio ambiente (EEA). Con informaci贸n recuperada de aduanas y la base de datos de LegisComex se procede a realizar el inventario de MMNC para el departamento de Cundinamarca, encontrando una gran participaci贸n de esta maquinaria en sectores como la industria y la construcci贸n principalmente y seguido por la agricultura. A partir de este inventario se analiza el comportamiento de contaminantes atmosf茅ricos y clim谩ticos como HC, PM10, PM2.5, CO, CO2, SO2, NOx, y BC, encontrando que los montacargas y las cargadoras frontales son quienes m谩s aportan contaminantes, especialmente CO2 del cual se emitieron 349126,2 toneladas del total de maquinaria y 231697,5 toneladas de PM2.5. Se concluye que los casos exitosos de pol铆tica p煤blica en Chile y Brasil son de vital importancia, ya que sirven como soporte y gu铆a para dar paso a la regulaci贸n de los contaminantes asociados a la MMNC en Colombia.Non-road mobile machinery (NRMM) in the United States and Europe has been the center of attention due to its high consumption of diesel (a carcinogenic substance) and its contribution to the emissions of climate and atmospheric pollutants nationwide. Because of this, progress has been made in regulating its emissions since the 1990s. In Latin American countries such as Colombia there is still no estimate of these pollutants at the departmental level despite the public health, economic and environmental impacts. Thus, the present research aims to estimate the emissions of atmospheric and climatic pollutants associated with the NRMM in the department of Cundinamarca in 2019. For this, the inventory of activated NRMM at 2019 was constructed from customs information (2009-2019) and the scrapping model of the United States environmental agency (EPA). Associated emissions were estimated considering methodological guidelines from the EPA and the European Environment Agency (EEA). With information retrieved from customs and the LegisComex database, an inventory of MMNC is carried out for the department of Cundinamarca, finding a large share of this machinery in sectors such as industry and construction mainly and followed by agriculture. From this inventory, the behavior of atmospheric and climatic pollutants such as HC, PM10, PM2.5, CO, CO2, SO2, NOx, and BC is analyzed, finding that forklifts and front loaders are the ones that contribute the most pollutants, especially CO2. of which 349,126.2 tons of total machinery and 231,697.5 tons of PM2.5 were emitted. It is concluded that the successful cases of public policy in Chile and Brazil are of vital importance since they serve as support and guide to give way to the regulation of pollutants associated with the MMNC in Colombia
