    Tawhid Concepts and Its Learning According to Ibn Taimiyah

    The purpose of this study is to explore the tawhid concept and its learning according to Ibn Taymiyyah. This research is a qualitative research with literature research type, and the data analysis technique uses inductive and deductive. The findings of this study can be concluded: first, according to Ibn Taimiyah Tawhid is insisting on Allah in matters that are specific to God, both in rububiyah, uluhiyah and asma’ and shifat. Second, the relationship between the three types of tawẖîd is in the correlative and comprehensive form. Therefore, tawẖîd rububiyah is a necessity of tawẖîd uluhiyah, while tawẖîd rububiyah is the preamble of tawẖîd uluhiyah. As for the tawẖîd asma’ and shifat, then also contained in it also the two types of tawẖîd, meaning people who force God with all that he has from al-asma' al-husna and noble qualities that are not possessed except by Him, then by he himself admitted tawẖîd rububiyah and uluhiyah. Keywords: Concept, Tawhid, Ibn Taimiya

    Development of Islamic Thought and Civilization in History Perspective

    The rapid development of Islamic thought throughout history, due to the open, tolerant and accommodating attitude of Muslims to the hegemony of foreign thought and civilization, love of science, academic culture, the work of Muslim scholars in government and social institutions, the development of streams that prioritize ratios and freedom of thought, increased the prosperity of Muslim countries, and the problems faced by Muslims from time to time are increasingly complex and require solutions. This type of research is library research, namely research whose main object is books or other sources of literature. That is, data are sought and found through literature review from books that are relevant to the discussion. All fields of science are subjected to study by Islamic thinkers, both religious and general sciences. The development of Islamic thought has implications for the development of Islamic civilization throughout the Islamic world. The development of Islamic thought and civilization was marked by the development of educational institutions, during the Umayyad and Abbasid dynasties and supported by other dynasties such as Andalusian Cordova, North Africa, Turkey and Islamic India. This has a significant impact on the lives of Muslims and has a strong influence on the progress of international civilization in general, from the classical period to the modern era. In this paper, we examine the supporting factors of the development of Islamic thought and civilization, the process of the development of Islamic thought and civilization throughout history, the scientific fields developed and its leaders, and the impact of the development of Islamic thought and civilization on the lives of Muslims and the international world.                                                         Keywords: Islamic Thought, Islamic Civilization, Histor

    Qur'an And Al-Hadits Model-Based Education In Increasing Islamic Civilization

    Abstract This study aimed to explore how educational models that can realize high-emergence of Islamic civilization; how civilization produced by education based on the revelation of the Qur'an and Al-Hadits); and what happens when a civilization based education override revelation (Al-Quran and Al-Hadits). This study is intended as an exploration efforts and the transformation of science into the Islamic education system is an integral and operationally. This type of research is the approach of the literature; the data collection method: the method of documentation and observation method, while the method of the interview as a method of investigation to collect data related to this study. Analysis of the data used in this study is a non-statistical analysis. The research result is concluded: first,the emergence of education that can realize the high Islamic civilization is education based on revelation; second,civilization produced by education based on revelation (Al-Quran and Al-Hadits) is a civilization which brings benefit in this world and happiness in the hereafter. Third,when civilization based education override revelation (Al-Quran and Al-Hadits) then there is the deterioration and destruction.     AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep metode deresan dan peranannya dalam pembelajaran qiro’atul kutub di pesantren KarangasemLamongan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodekualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama, bentuk dan proses deresan yang dikembangkan di Pondok Pesantren Karangasem secara umumterdiri pada tiga tahapan yaitu : Tahap pembacaan umum terhadap materikajian kitab kuning; tahap pendalaman bacaan dalam halaqah kecil, dan tahappelatihan khusus bacaan yang dilakukan secara individual dalam sebuahkelompok kecil antar santri. Kedua, Tradisi deresan dilakukan untukmempersiapkan kajian kitab kuning pada ”ngaji Shubuh”  yang secara umummemberikan pengaruh yang cukup signifikan dalam penguasaan materi TafsirJalalain, Shahih Muslim dan Riyadhus Shalihin terutama aspek Qira’atulkitab, Nahwu Sharaf dan kandungan kitab.  Kata kunci: Deresan, Qiro’atul kutub, Pondok pesantren Karangase

    KONSEP AL-QUR’AN TENTANG KOMPETENSI GURU (Studi Analisis Tematik Surat Al-Qalam Ayat 1-4)

    : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang kompetensi guru, dan apa konsep al-Qur’an tentang kompetensi guru dalam Surat al – Qalam Ayat 1 – 4. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian pustaka (library reasech) yang bersifat kualitatif deskriptif, yang menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dalam pengumpulan data. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang dipakai adalah metode tafsir maudlu’iy. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, Sifat-sifat yang harus memiliki oleh seorang pendidik adalah (a) zuhud tidak mengutamakan materi dan mengajar karena mencari keridlaan Allah semata; (b) bersih tubuhnya, jauh dari dosa dan kesalahan, terhindar dari dosa besar, sifat ria’ (mencari nama), dengki, permusuhan, perselisihan dan sifat tercela lainnya; (c) Ikhlas dalam pekerjaan; (d) pemaaf; (e) mencintai murid-muridnya seperti halnya dia mencintai anaknya sendiri; (f) mengetahui tabiat murid; (g) menguasai mata pelajaran; (h) memiliki kompetensi dalam cara-cara mengajar. Kedua, kompetensi yang harus dimiliki guru menurut al-Qur’an surat al-Qalam ayat 1-4 adalah memiliki kepribadian seperti yang telah dicontohkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW., menguasai dan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komuniikasi guna pengembangan diri dan ilmu pengetahuan dan memilki kemampuan karya tulis guna pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan media komunikasi dengan orang lain.

    STUDI KOMPARASI ANTARA KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA AL-QURAN SISWA YANG BERASAL DARI SD DAN DARI MI SERTA PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR QURDIS DI PONDOK PESANTREN MARKAZ IQRO KARANGANYAR SOLO

    This study aims to discuss how the students' ability to read the Koran at the Markaz Iqro Islamic Boarding School Karanganyar Solo; how is the difference in the ability to read the Koran between students from SD and MI at the Markaz Iqro Islamic Boarding School Karanganyar Solo; and how the influence of the ability to read the Koran of students from SD and MI on PAI learning achievement at the Markaz Iqro Islamic Boarding School Karanganyar Solo. This type of research is quantitative. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses statistical calculations using SPSS. The results of this study concluded that: 1). The ability to read the Koran of each student at the Markaz Iqro Islamic Boarding School Karanganyar Solo is generally quite good. 2). Differences in the ability to read Al-Quran Students from SD and MI at the Markaz Iqro Islamic Boarding School Karanganyar Solo, after being compared using statistical tests, it has been proven that there are differences in their Al-Quran reading abilities as well as their different basic educational backgrounds. With a higher mean MI value of 89.54, while the mean SD value of 83. 3). The effect of the ability to read the Koran of students from elementary school and from MI on learning achievement of Qur'an at the Markaz Iqro Islamic Boarding School Karanganyar Solo based on samples that have been analyzed using statistical analysis shows that students' ability to read Al-Quran has an effect on their learning achievement of Qur'an. With a significance result of 0.04 < 0.05, and a significance of 0.036 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas bagaimana kemampuan membaca Al-Quran siswa-siswi di Pondok Pesantren Markaz Iqro Karanganyar Solo; bagaimana perbedaan kemampuan membaca Al-Quran antara siswa yang berasal dari SD dan dari MI di Pondok Pesantren Markaz Iqro Karanganyar Solo; dan bagaimana pengaruh kemampuan membaca Al-Quran siswa yang berasal dari SD dan dari MI terhadap prestasi belajar PAI di Pondok Pesantren Markaz Iqro Karanganyar Solo. Jenis penelitiannya adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan penghitungan statistik menggunakan SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1). Kemampuan membaca Al-Quran dari masing-masing siswa di Pondok Pesantren Markaz Iqro Karanganyar Solo secara garis besar terbilang cukup baik. 2). Perbedaan kemampuan membaca Al-Quran Siswa yang berasal dari SD dan dari MI di Pondok Pesantren Markaz Iqro Karanganyar Solo setelah dikomparasikan dengan menggunakan uji statistik memang telah terbukti ada perbedaan dalam kemampuan membaca Al-Quran mereka sebagaimana berbedanya latar belakang Pendidikan dasar mereka. Dengan nilai mean MI lebih tinggi yaitu 89,54, sedangkan nilai mean SD sebesar 83. 3). Pengaruh kemampuan membaca Al-Quran siswa yang berasal dari SD dan dari MI terhadap prestasi belajar Qurdis di Pondok Pesantren Markaz Iqro Karanganyar Solo berdasarkan sampel yang telah dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan membaca Al-Quran siswa berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar Qurdis mereka. Dengan hasil signifikansi 0,04 < 0,05, dan signifikansi 0,036 < 0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian pustaka,dan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan induktif dan deduktif. Temuanpenelitian ini dapat disimpulkan: pertama,Menghafal al-Qur‟an sangat pentingsebagai fondasi keilmuan di bidang agama dan ilmu lainnya. Ulamaterdahulu mensyaratkan hafalan al-Qur‟an sebagai awal pembelajaransebelum mempelajari ilmu-ilmu lain. Menghafalkan al-Qur‟an merupakantradisi salaf shalih yang terus diwariskan sampai zaman ini hingga zaman yangakan datang. Oleh karena itu semangat menghafal harus terus digelorakan ditengah-tengah umat Islam.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali tentang implementasi program pembiasaan tadarus al-Qur’an dalam pembinaan cinta al-Qur’an oleh siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah 15 Lamongan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrument observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dilakukan analisis data dengan tahap pengumpulan, reduksi, dan penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan sesuai dengan ruang lingkup permasalahan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program pembiasaan tadarus Al- Qur’an di SMP Muhammadiyah 15 Lamongan adalah sebuah pembiasaan bagi siswa untuk membaca Al-Qur’an yang dilaksanakan setiap pagi sebelum memulai pelajaran, Program pembiasaan tadarus Al-Qur’an ini bertujuan untuk membentuk karakter islami siswa yang lebih mencintai Al-Qur’an dengan senang membaca atau menyimaknya. Untuk itu kegiatan ini menjadi tradisi yang dipandang cocok bagi siswa dalam kegiatan keagamaan dan menjadi sarana pembiasaan yang baik di aktivitas sehari-hari dalam ranah keagamaan yang mengarah kepada pendekatan terhadap kitab Al-Qur’an

    Tauhid Education in Pesantren (Study of Tauhid Thought and Education in Pesantren al-Mukmin Ngruki, Central Java, Indonesia)

    This research aims to reveal the thoughts possessed  by the kyais and ustadz in Pesantren al-Mukmin on the tauẖîd education, and their implementation. The method used in this reseach was qualitative. The results of this research are as follows. Firstly, tauẖîd is given  a special attention since the main aim of education in the pesantren al-Mukmin Ngruki is to produce  a muslim generation with pure tauẖîd coloring all their lives. KH. Wahyudin and ustadz Abdurrahim Ba’asyir Lc understand tauẖîd in line with Ibnu Taimiyah and Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab. Secondly, Tauẖîd education in Pesantren al-Mukmin Ngruki using three methods of education; the doctrine of tauẖîd values, understanding, and practice. Meanwhile the learning of tauẖîd in the Pesantren al-Mukmin Ngruki more adopted the concept of tauẖîd proposed by Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab and Ibn Taimiyah since the books studied in the ẖalaqah program are written by Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab, while those studied in the learning of tauẖîd in the class are written by Dr. Shalih Fauzan who is one of the figures in the Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab tauẖîd dakwah movement in Saudi Arabia.  Kata kunci: Tauẖîd, Education, Pesantre
