    The effectiveness of Numbered Heads Together cooperative model to Civic Education learning Outcomes in Grade V Elementary School 36 South Pontianak. The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of Numbered Heads Together cooperative model to Civic Education learning Outcomes in Grade V Elementary School 36 South Pontianak. The method that used in this study is the pre-experimental design with experimental design one group pre-test post-test. Based on analysis of data obtained, the average results of pre-test is 61,36 and the average results of post-test is 72.64. Retrieved tcount 3.810 and ttable (α = 0,01) is 2.492, which means tcount> ttable (3.810> 2.4892), thus the hypothesis is accepted. And from the calculation of effect size (ES) ES obtained 0.96 with the criteria is high in the range of ES > 0.8. This means using Numbered Heads Together cooperative model to Civic Education learning Outcomes in Grade V Elementary School 36 South Pontianak

    The focus of this research is to comprehensively analyze the effect of organization restructuring on the performance of the organization, directly or indirectly, involving 276 employees in the education office and the Ministry of Education and Culture offices and collected by survey method. Data analysis was done using causal correlation technique to see the effect of organization restructuring on organization performance. The results of the research indicate that there is a direct influence of organization restructuring on organization performance. Another result is that there is an indirect effect of restructuring through employee performance and leadership effectiveness on organization performance. The influence of organization performance improvement is due to, organization restructuring implemented in Maluku Province education office has lead to behavior change, where the employees of education office were able to improve individual performance and can work together with the leadership as an efficient and effective structure. This has an impact on improving organization performance

    Penggunaan Metode Demontrasi untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pembelajaran IPA di Sekolah Dasar

    This research aims to improve student learning outcomes by using a demonstration in class III SD Negeri 17 Sekadau. To achieve these expectations, the research uses descriptive method in the form of classroom action research in collaboration with teachers and peers through the stages (cycles) including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Which is the subject of research is the teachers and students are 25 people with the composition of the male students 12 people and 13 female students. Its findings are: 1) The design learning from cycle to cycle, cycle I, II, and III are always increased, cycle I, 2.64; Cycle II, 3.28; and cycle III, 3.75. Likewise, the implementation of learning, I cycle, 2.75; Cycle II, 2.92; and cycle III, 3.52. Similarly, the improvement of student learning outcomes has increased, ie cycle I, 68.00; Cycle II, 78.40; and the third cycle, an average of 89.20 with 78.53> 70 (KKM).     This reseach was aimed to describe the increased phisycal activity, mental and emotional in learning of mathematics by applyingl method of administration tasks in the first-grade SDN 1 Mempawah Hilir. This type of reseach is PTK. Sampling technique used random class, as many as 25 students. Data collection tool used is student observation sheet which assessment results obtained from observing phisycal activity, mental and emotional in learning of mathematics. From the results of analyzes of the data, obtained physical activity of first cycle is 92% and second cycle is 94%, mental activity of first cycle is 76% and second cycle is 97,3%, emotional activity of first cycle is 84% and second cycle is 100%. This suggests that there is increase in the percentage of phisycal activity, mental and emotional from first cycle to second cycle. This reseach is expected to help teachers to increases skills in implementing innovation learning in the class in order that student activity and increased student learning outcomes

    Increasing student interest in mathematics learning techniques using cooperative model numbered heads together in Sixth Grade Elementary School 25 Mianas . The purpose of this study was to describe the improving learning for students using the model Numbered Head Together Cooperative techniques in learning mathematics Sixth Grade Elementary School 25 Mianas . This study used a descriptive method . Research survey form with the type of classroom action research . Data collection technique is direct observation techniques and about administration , data collection tool that observation sheets , and test questions about the interests of learners . This research was conducted in two cycles with the final results obtained by the research attention 56.25 % in the first cycle with the category of " enough " , cycles II 87.49 % in the category " very high " , interest 66.66 % in the first cycle by category " high " , and the second cycle of 91.66 % in the category " very high " , which is 53.33 % while the willingness of the first cycle with the category of " pretty " , and 79.99 % in the second cycle to the category of " high " .     : The problem in this research is how an increase in the activity of learners in the classroom teaching Citizenship Education Elementary using the method of discussion School No. IV .The method used is descriptive research , with the shape of Classroom Action Research . The nature of this research is collaborative research with qualitative research . The subjects of this study were as many as 28 students of Class IV. Data collection techniques in this study is the direct observation and documentary . While the tools used are observation sheets and researcher -made test questions . This research was conducted as two cycles. General conclusion of this study is an increase in the activity of learning by 47.43 % with moderate category . Meanwhile , in particular concluded that : ( 1 ) There is an increase in physical activity of students using the discussion method in teaching Civics in the Elementary. This is evident from the difference of the base line to the second cycle by 50.90 % , from 30.35 % at baseline became 81.25 % in the second cycle . An increase of 50.90 % is categorized as moderate ; ( 2 ) There is an increase in mental activity of learners using instructional discussion on Civic Education in Public Elementary. This is evident from the difference of the base line to the second cycle by 40.18 % , from 20.53 % at baseline became 60.71 % in the second cycle . An increase of 40.18 % that is low , and ( 3 ) There is an increased emotional activity learners using the discussion method of learning in fourth grade Civics Elementary. This is evident from the difference of the base line to the second cycle by 51.19 % , from 30.95 % at baseline became 82.14% in the second cycle . An increase of 51.19 % is categorized as moderate

The purpose of this research is to gain an overview on the correlation between the use of media images with the learning outcomes of students in class V Citizenship Education Elementary School 06 Sungai Raya. This study used a descriptive method. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between the use of media images with the learning outcomes of students in the class V Pkn SDN 06 Sungai Raya.
