The Importance of Total Quality Management and Leadership Communication to Enhance Islamic Quality at Malaysian Civil Service

In the leadership communication styles, most of the middle management positions such as managers, assistant managers and those at executives’ level are practicing good leadership communication via enhancing the Islamic quality at Malaysian Public Service. A two-way communication does exist among the staff especially in meetings, discussions and working in team. A good leadership communication among the staff and their involvement are important in Malaysian Civil Service in order to achieve the total quality management objective. Reason being is that the leadership communication is the most important tool and vital part in all organisational operations. Leadership communication could be the basis for understanding, cooperation, teamwork and positive action, which without it such goals would be undermined at Malaysian Civil Service. Two-way communication gives more opportunities to the staff to be involved in discussions and meetings which create the spirit of togetherness in the organisation. The Total Quality Management (TQM) has positively affected job satisfaction, the employees' ability to work together, improve the staff work and builds leadership communication at Malaysian Public Service. Obviously, provide a significance relationship between leadership communication and quality management in Islamic perspectives on job satisfaction among the staff at Malaysian Public Service. Microcredit, Technology Adoption And Economic Development Of Rural Household

The main objective of this study is to investigate whether or not Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia (AIM) microcredit has led to the technology adoption and increase of rural household economy, particularly in monthly household income of its participants. This study was conducted in Melaka on 200 participants. The findings of the study showed that the AIM microcredit had a significant impact on technology adoption and increased the participants’ monthly household income in Melaka. The findings suggested that AIM microcredit remained relevant and played a vital role in increasing rural household monthly income, inculcated entrepreneurship among women and reduced poverty. Therefore, the Malaysian government should enact the relevant policies and provide support to enhance the effectiveness and outreach of microcredit

Investigation with gifted students in learning physics concept based on cognitive structure

Physics concept is an understanding of natural occurrence. Physics is one of the natural science subjects that involves the study of matter and motion through space and time, along with related concepts. The concepts of physics explained everything involving the environment and human relation that happened in our daily life. Physics is one of the toughest subjects. Many students have difficulty to understand the subject properly. The factor of difficulty in learning physics concept come from many aspects, which is subject matter, materials for learning, the environment in class, and teaching style. Therefore, this study aims at investigating the main factor affecting the understanding of student performance in physics subject. This study has been done by given question paper that is designed based on taxonomy bloom. The question paper consists of 10 questions divided into three stages of taxonomy bloom, which are C1 (remembering), C2 (understanding), and C3 (applying). The test has been conducted among 17 years old students in Kolej PERMATA Insan. The result of the test has been analyzed. Based on the test that has been held, the results showed that most students did not reach the minimum mark of for the three stages in taxonomy bloom mainly stage C3 questions that apply the physics concept in daily life.
