    Determinan Partisipasi Lansia pada Program Posyandu Lansia di Kabupaten Banjarnegara

    Background: Government seeks health services for the elderly by holding the Elderly Posyandu. Gelang urban village 3th hamlet is working area of Rakit 1 Health Center which has a decreased percentage of elderly visits, namely 25.75% in September and 16.5% in October. This is due to the physical condition of the elderly and the concern of the elderly when the disease is revealed. The purpose of this study was to determine the participation of elderly and factors supporting and inhibiting. Methods: research method uses a qualitative approach with purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with 7 peoples. To prove the validity of the data using triangulation techniques to 5 people. Results: form of elderly participation is social participation, existence of proposals, and the provision of voluntary cash. The percentage elderly visits showed only 10.62%. This is because of positive response from elderly, as gathering place, existence gymnastics activities, distance and friendly service. The inhibiting factors are physical condition, the busyness, fear, incomplete infrastructure, lack of family support, existence of screening, and forget about the schedule of activities. Conclusion: participation still low so efforts are needed community leaders to overcome the inhibiting factors to increase elderly visits. Keywords: Participation, Inhibiting, Supporting, Utilization of Posyand

    EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN DAN KEPUASAAN KLIEN PROVIDER INITIATED HIV TESTING AND COUNSELING (PITC) DI BBKPM SURAKARTA

    Provider Initiated HIV Testing and Counseling (PITC) at BBKPM Surakarta formed of collaboration to avaoid TB-HIV. The purpose of this study was to known the implementation of PITC and satisfaction of client of BBKPM Surakarta. This research was qualitative descriptive with an evaluation study design. The information collected from PITC program holder and PITC clients. The instruments of this research were structured interview guidelines, indepth interview guidelines, focus group discussions guidelines, observation and documentation. The results showed that PITC input indicator appropriated by guidelines. Process indicator, service procedures was appropriate guidelines. There were some interference, double responsible position, counseling must paid and CST holder insufficiently. Output indicator, targets PITC targets was unreached, form reports as appropriate guidelines and client satisfy with score 75,38%. The advices can be given were redesigning counseling room, adding PITC’s room keeper and CST holder, intern discussion among all BBKPM services and providing suggestion box.Keywords: Evaluation; PIT

    HUBUNGAN MUTU PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DENGAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN RAWAT INAP DI PUSKESMAS HALMAHERA KOTA SEMARANG

    The quality of health services indicates healthcare perfection level in achieving patient’s satisfaction. Halmahera clinic applies health quality assurance system of ISO 9001:2008 with hospitalization as a flagship program. The indicator of hospitalization service of Halmahera clinic (BOR and LOS) in 2010-2013 was still below the standard and the satisfactory survey was not conducted regularly.The type of this research was an explanatory survey with cross sectional approach. The techniques used in taking the sample was a purposive sampling. The number of sample was 86.The results of this research showed that there was relation between the quality of health service dimension of reliability (0,008<0,05), dimension of assurance (0,043<0,05), tangible dimension (0,005<0,5), empathy dimension (0,005<0,05),  responsiveness dimension (0,001<0,05) with patient’s satisfaction.The conclusion of this study was there was relationship between health service quality (reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy, and responsiveness) and the satisfaction of hospitalized patients of Halmahera clinic in 2014. Advice given to maintain the service quality of hospitalization of Halmahera clinic. Moreover, periodic survey of patient’s satisfaction should be conducted to maintain continuous improvement.Keywords: Health Service Quality, hospitalized patient, Patient Satisfactio

    Jenis penelitian ini termasuk explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 26.486 orang, dengan minimal sample size 380 orang yang kemudian didistribusikan pada tiap-tiap fakultas secara proporsional. Sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki perilaku seksual pranikah yang kurang berisiko terhadap PMS dan KTD. Adapun yang perilaku seksualnya kategori berisiko PMS dan KTD adalah 12,1%. Banyak mahasiswa yang menilai bahwa layanan kesehatan reproduksi remaja adalah penting untuk diselenggarakan. Akses kebutuhan layanan kesehatan reproduksi oleh di kalangan mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh persepsi-persepsi mereka yaitu persepsi kerentanan terhadap PMS dan KTD, keparahan/keseriusan akibat PMS dan KTD, manfaat layanan kesehatan reproduksi remaja, serta hambatan yang dihadapi bila mengakses layanan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di kampus. Disarankan universitas membentuk dan mengembangkan pusat layanan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di lingkungan kampus agar mahasiswa dapat akses layanan terkait kesehatan reproduksi remaja, baik informasi, edukasi, terapi atau dukungan psikososial yang berbasis Friendly Health Services. This research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This study uses a cross sectional survey. The population 26 486 people, with a minimum sample size 380 people who then distributed on each faculty proportionally. Most students have premarital sexual behavior is less risk of STDs and KTD. As for the category of risky sexual behavior and STDs KTD was 12.1%. Many students believed that the adolescent reproductive health services is essential to be held. Access to reproductive health care needs among students is influenced by their perceptions that the perception of vulnerability to STDs and KTD, severity / seriousness due to PMS and KTD, adolescent reproductive health care benefits, as well as the obstacles faced when accessing adolescent reproductive health services on campus. Advised universities to establish and develop adolescent reproductive health center on campus so that students can access to adolescent reproductive health related services, good information, education, treatment or psychosocial support based Friendly Health Service

    Saat ini belum ada evaluasi terhadap penyelenggaraan makan di sekolah yang dapat memberikan penilaian yang obyektif terhadap program tersebut sehingga pada praktiknya siswa hanya diberikan makanan yang sesuai dengan anggaran dana yang ada, bukan berdasarkan pertimbangan kecukupan gizi dan masalah gizi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan penyelenggaraan program makan siang di SD Al Muslim Tambun Bekasi.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini bersifat sementara dengan teknik snowball sampling. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, petugas dalam kegiatan manajemen sistem penyelenggaraan makan siang, dan siswa. Uji keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu credibility atau kredibilitas dengan pendekatan triangulasi data.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah input (sumber daya manusia, tingkat pengetahuan gizi guru, dana, sarana prasarana, tingkat kecukupan zat gizi siswa, status gizi), dan proses (perencanaan menu hingga penyajian dan distribusi) semuanya saling terkait dan perlu dilakukan secara maksimal untuk menghasilkan output (penyelenggaraan program makan siang) di Sekolah Dasar Al Muslim Tambun Bekasi yang baik dan maksimal pula

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi secara mendalam motivasi WPS di sepanjang ruas jalan Stasiun Poncol untuk mengikuti VCT.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, menggunakan metode studi kasus tunggal dengan single level analysis. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah WPS di sepanjang ruas jalan Stasiun Poncol dengan sampel bertujuan sebanyak 14 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan model imersi/kristalisasi.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah WPS di sepanjang ruas jalan Stasiun Poncol memiliki motivasi yang rendah untuk mengikuti VCT dikarenakan adanya anggapan dari WPS bahwa dirinya tidak berisiko HIV/AIDS, VCT bukan kebutuhan utama untuk WPS, adanya anggapan kurang penting tentang VCT, dan kurangnya motivasi eksternal untuk VCT.Saran bagi WPS dapat lebih memahami pentingnya VCT. Saran bagi lembaga pelayanan kesehatan dapat memberikan layanan mobile VCT kembalipada WPS jalanan dan meningkatkan kerjasama antar lembaga. Saran bagi peneliti lain diharapkan adanya penelitian lanjutan dengan kajian yang lebih dalam

    Abstrak   Setiap tempat kerja selalu mempunyai risiko kemungkinan terjadinya kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja. Sebagai upaya pengendalian risiko kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja, perlu diidentifikasi sumber bahaya yang ada di tempat kerja dan dievaluasi tingkat risikonya serta dilakukan pengendalian yang memadai. Insiden kecelakaan dan cedera di tempat kerja dapat dikurangi dengan penggunaan Job Safety Analysis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi bahaya serta pengendalian yang tepat pada bagian workshop PT. Total Dwi Daya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan observasional. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer hasil observasi pada proses kerja dan wawancara kepada supervisor, serta data sekunder yang digunakan yaitu instruksi kerja dan data kecelakaan kerja. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa risiko kecelakaan kerja yang terdapat pada bagian workshop yaitu: kejang otot, terkena plat jatuh, terkilir, terpeleset,terjepit plat, terjepit mesin, tersengat listrik, terbentur mesin, tersayat plat, tersambar plat, terkena permukaan panas, terkena api, menghirup asap, tersandung kabel, terkena gerinda, terkena percikan api, tersambar pipa, terkena mata bor, tertimpa, terkena steelwool, terkena paku, tersandung plat, terkena pisau dan tergores. Saran untuk PT. Total Dwi Daya yaitu peningkatan pengawasan terhadap pekerja serta pelatihan pembuatan Job Safety Analysis   Abstract   Every workplace always have risk and possibility of accidents and occupational diseases. In an effort to control the risk of accidents and occupational diseases, sources of hazards that exist in the workplace need to be identified, evaluated its level of risk and proper control. The incident of accident and injury at work can be reduced by using Job Safety Analysis. The purpose of this research was to understand the potential of danger and right control of it in workshop division Total Dwi Daya Corporation. Thisstudy was using qualitative descriptive research with observational approach. Primary data used in this research were observation in working process and interview with supervisor. Secondary data were work instruction and accident data. Conclusion of this research, potential dangers found in workshop division were: muscle spasms, hit by fallen plate, sprains, slips, squished by plate, squished by machine, electric shock, collide, cut by plate, strucked by plate, exposed to hot surfaces, exposed to fire, smoke inhalation, tripping over wires, grinding exposed, exposed to sparks, struck pipe, drill hit, exposed nails and scraped.     Optimizing the digitization of public services is one of the essential factors in creating community satisfaction as service users. As a fulfillment of the commitment to JKN-KIS participants, BPJS Kesehatan has developed various innovations based on information technology. The JKN Mobile Application is a form of digital transformation in which administrative services at branch offices and health facilities can now be accessed anywhere and without time limits. The aim of this research is to assess how contented JKN members in the BPJS Kesehatan KC Magelang region are with the Mobile JKN app. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population studied was JKN-KIS participants who had registered in the Mobile JKN application and were domiciled in the work area of ??the BPJS Kesehatan KC Magelang, then 100 samples were selected using a purposive sampling technique and distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale as a data collection technique. The variable used is End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) which consists of Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness, with user satisfaction as the dependent variable. The study results show that most (69%) of respondents are satisfied with digitizing services through the Mobile JKN application. Users' satisfaction with the Mobile JKN application organized by BPJS Kesehatan KC Magelang was found to increase with each of the investigated variables.Optimalisasi digitalisasi pelayanan publik menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam menciptakan kepuasan masyarakat sebagai pengguna layanan. Sebagai pemenuhan komitmen kepada peserta JKN-KIS, BPJS Kesehatan mengembangkan beragam inovasi berbasis teknologi informasi. Aplikasi Mobile JKN merupakan salah satu bentuk transformasi digital, dimana pelayanan administratif di kantor cabang maupun fasilitas kesehatan kini dapat diakses dimana saja dan tanpa batasan waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan peserta JKN sebagai pengguna aplikasi Mobile JKN di wilayah BPJS Kesehatan KC Magelang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi yang diteliti merupakan peserta JKN-KIS yang telah teregistrasi di aplikasi Mobile JKN serta berdomisili di wilayah kerja BPJS Kesehatan KC Magelang, kemudian dipilih 100 sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling serta penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala likert sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Variabel yang digunakan adalah metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) yang terdiri atas Content, Accuracy,Format, Ease of Use dan Timeliness dengan kepuasan pengguna (User Satisfaction) sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar (69%) responden merasa puas terhadap digitalisasi pelayanan melalui aplikasi Mobile JKN.     The International Vitamin A Consultative Group (IVACG) recommend that all post partum mother should receive two capsules of vitamin A. First capsule given at least one day apart as soon after delivery as possible and not more than 6 weeks later. This study was carried out to know Implementation Overview of Vitamin A Capsules Supplementation For Post-Partum Mothers In The Working Area of Kalibawang Centre of Public Health, Wonosobo District. This was a qualitative research. Informants selected using purposive sampling. The informants were 21 people. There are 3 village midwifes, 9 cadres (volunteer workers in the village) and 9 postpartum mothers. Data items were collected by indepth interview, observation and documentation methods. Data items were analyzed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification.The result showed that knowledge of the cadres and postpartum mothers still low, availability of vitamin A capsules in village midwife dependent in availability of vitamin A capsules in public health center and health departement, the role of village midwife is still not performed optimally yet and the role of cadres not implemen
