    The purpose of this study is to determine the how much influence of work professionality and organizational commitment on employee performance in Department of Communication, Information, Statistics and Code of Bekasi City. The research method used is quantitative research in the form of survey. Samples this research are 97 employee. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with likert scale. Conclusion this study : (1) influence of work professionality on employee performance, regression line ̂  = -0,661 + 0,804X1. Hypothesis test with t-test result obtained by Sig. = 0,000 and tcount = 37,564 > ttable = 1,661, H0 reject; (2) influence of organizational commitment  on  employee  performance,  regression  line  ̂   = 1,864 + 0,840X2. Hypothesis test with t-test result obtained by Sig. = 0,000 and tcount = 31,403 > ttable = 1,661, H0 reject; (3) influence of work professionality and organizational commitment  on  employee  performance,  regression  line  ̂  =  - 0,734 + 0,495X1 + 0,350X2. Hypothesis test with F-test result obtained by Sig. = 0,000 and Fcount = 1045,360 > Ftable = 3,093, H0 reject. Conclusion of this research : (1) work professionality strong positive influence and significant on employee performance; (2) organizational commitment strong positive influence and significant on employee performance; (3) work professionality and organizational commitment together strong positive influence and significant on employee performance

    Groundwater Tax with DKI Jakarta Provincial Regulation No. 17 of 2010 Article 1 paragraph 9 explains that groundwater tax is a tax on the collection and or utilization of groundwater. Based on observations and interviews, several problems were identified, namely that there are still many groundwater taxpayers who are not aware of their tax rights and obligations, less than optimal supervision from the government, especially the Inspectorate to groundwater taxpayers, lack of education or socialization to taxpayers, and lack of communication between the government and taxpayers. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach. In this study the authors used a qualitative approach because the problems raised were directly related to humans fundamentally which depended on research and observation. The results of the research that the author conducted then the author interpreted the answers given by the informants, either through interviews, or observing data or written documents related to the Analysis of Groundwater Tax Collection Supervision in Increasing Groundwater Tax Revenue by the Jakarta Inspectorate. The author uses Quible's theory in Khaerul Umam (2014) which consists of 4 indicators, namely supervised factors, where before supervision is carried out, officers who will carry out supervision should be given an understanding of what factors will be supervised, identification of expected results. Unclear identification of parameters regarding the desired results of the work activities carried out makes supervision will not run effectively, Performance measurement. Before actual results and desired results are compared, actual results must be measured.     Based on the data from Ministry of Agriculture, soybean import from 2015 to 2018 kept getting increased. In 2015 and 2016, was recorded soybean import of 2.3 million tons, 2017 2.7 million tons, and experienced a slight decrease in 2018 into 2.6 million tons. Soybean import dependence caused high price of soybeans that made Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME), such as Mr. Tochari, have to manage overcome it. The study aimed to analyze the marketing strategies, the obstacle faced, and to formulate the efforts to be taken by the enterpreneur to improve the marketing strategies. The study implemented descriptive qualitative method. While the data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The result of the study showed that the marketing strategies implemented by the tempe enterpreneur Mr. Tochari through marketing mix (4P) and SWOT Analysis mostly reached the targets, but there were some obstacle, namely dependence on soybean import, production tools that could not fulfill all of the needs in one production process so it required loner time, and production process that still implemented traditional wa

    The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence profitability, and earnings management have on tax avoidance. The population used in this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2022. The research method used is descriptive quantitative and the sample is determined using purposive sampling technique and obtaining a sample of 23 companies based on predetermined criteria, with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software the amount of data will be tested with the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a positive and significant effect on tax avoidance, earnings management has a positive and significant effect on tax avoidance, and for simultaneously profitability, and earnings management have a significant effect on tax avoidance

    Persoalan sampah yang semakin meningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk yang menyebabkan meningkatnya jumlah konsumsi dalam masyarakat yang menghasilkan sampah yang tidak sedikit. Jumlah penduduk yang semakin meningkat mengakibatkan jumlah sampah semakin bertambah. Besarnya timbulan sampah yang ada sangat erat kaitannya dengan jumlah penduduk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan Analisis Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Kegiatan Bank Sampah di RW 007, Kelurahan Kalibaru, Kecamatan Cilodong, Kota Depok dalam Pengelolaan Sampah. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan Bank Sampah telah membentuk suatu upaya baru dalam hal: Pemungkinan, Penguatan, Perlindungan, Penyokongan dan Pemeliharaan dalam masyarakat. Meningkatnya kesadaran kritis masyarakat akan pentingnya pengelolaan Bank Sampah sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan lingkungan serta mengatasi persoalan sampah yang ada, mengharapkan masyarakat memiliki kesadaran kritis terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya sangatlah diharapkan masyarakat mampu membuat keputusan yang bijak dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangganya. Penyadaran yang dilakukan oleh pengurus dan pengelola Bank Sampah berupa penyadaran tentang pentingnya pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga dan dampak yang ditimbulkan jika sampah rumah tangga yang dihasilkan oleh warga tidak dikelola dengan baik. Aspek penguatan dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan mengelola sampah dengan baik serta memberikan kepercayaan diri kepada masyarakat akan pentingnya kontribusi mereka kepada kebersihan lingkungan. Aspek perlindungan dari sisi ekonomi diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dalam memperoleh penghasilan lainnya di luar penghasilan utamanya. Tujuan pembangunan masyarakat yang sehat melalui upaya penyokongan sebagai bagian dari tujuan pembangunan yang modernisasi.     This study aims to find out about "The Strategy of the Bekasi City Fire Service in Overcoming Fire Disasters in Densely Populated Settlements". This study uses a descriptive qualitative analysis method to describe and explain in detail about existing phenomena using interview techniques as a supporting instrument. In this study, "The strategy of the Bekasi City Fire Department in Overcoming Fire Disasters in Densely Populated Settlements can be measured from 5 (five) strategy indicators, namely: Purposes, Environment, Direction, Action, Learning, data collection techniques used by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The informants of this study totaled 5 people.     The Effectiveness of Finger Print Attendance Implementation in Improving Employee Discipline at the Bintara Jaya Sub- District Office. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the fingerprint attendance implementation in improving employee discipline at the Bintara Jaya Sub-District Office. The study was Qualitative research, which is a form of research that provides an overview by digging up data and facts in the field. The sources of the data were primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques were in the forms of observations, interviews and documentation with 8 informants. The results showed that the application of fingerprint attendance on 4 variables namely, target achievement, Adaptation, Satisfaction and responsibility had been effectively implemented at the Bintara Jaya Sub- District Office while the obstacles that occurred were power failures, bad internet network, and machine errors. The solution for undisciplined employees was by conducting a persuasive way to invite for discussion, give advice and motivation. Of course, it is hoped that the application of fingerprint attendance at this time can run well again in the future

    This study was conducted to determine how effective the fire prevention campaign has been by the Bekasi City Fire Department and the extent to which the public's knowledge of the first handling of fires in their neighborhood is. The results of this study indicate that the campaign activities that have been carried out by the Bekasi City Fire Department are less than effective because they are not carried out thoroughly to densely populated settlements. This certaily should be a concern for the Bekasi City Fire Department and encourage the institution to increase its campaign activities, especially in densely populated settlements, so that people are aware of the dangers of fire and the importance of fire prevention

    Implementation of Good Governance Principles in Improving Public Services : A Case Study of the Ministry of Education and Culture

    Good governance in Indonesia has started to be implemented since the outbreak of the reform era. Good Governance is one of the reform tools that is absolutely applied in a new government. However, if you look at the development of reforms that have been going on for quite a long time, the implementation of good governance in Indonesia cannot be said to be fully successful in accordance with the aspirations of the previous reforms. The occurrence of a national crisis and various problems in Indonesia were partly caused by weaknesses in government management, especially the bureaucracy which did not heed the principles of good governance. As a result, various problems arise, such as the deteriorating quality of service to the community. This is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out using semi-structured interviews with 20 applicants who are managers of training institutions and community learning centers (CLC). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of good governance in the Ministry of Education and Culture still has to be improved and this will affect the public services they apply, particularly in 4 aspects namely participation, transparency, responsiveness and equity
