Methods and devices of non-destructive magnetic control of steel items thermal treatment quality in the open magnetic circuit

The object of investigations: the items made of the cast and sintered construction steels. The purpose of the work: the development of methods and means of the magnetic structurescopy of the small-size complex-shape items and variable sizes in the open magnetic circuit. The new methods for checking the structural condition of the powder steels and bimetallic ferromagnetic materials have been offered as well as the methods of checking the movable steel items which have allowed to exclude the effect of its geometrical sizes on the result of the magnetic measurements.
