Filling the holes: Evolving excised binary black hole initial data with puncture techniques
We follow the inspiral and merger of equal-mass black holes (BHs) by the
moving puncture technique and demonstrate that both the exterior solution and
the asymptotic gravitational waveforms are unchanged when the initial interior
solution is replaced by constraint-violating ``junk'' initial data. We apply
this result to evolve conformal thin-sandwich (CTS) binary BH initial data by
filling their excised interiors with arbitrary, but smooth, initial data and
evolving with standard puncture gauge choices. The waveforms generated for both
puncture and filled-CTS initial data are remarkably similar, and there are only
minor differences between irrotational and corotational CTS BH binaries. Even
the interior solutions appear to evolve to the same constraint-satisfying

Chemical Stabilization of Perovskite Solar Cells with Functional Fulleropyrrolidines.
While perovskite solar cells have invigorated the photovoltaic research community due to their excellent power conversion efficiencies (PCEs), these devices notably suffer from poor stability. To address this crucial issue, a solution-processable organic chemical inhibition layer (OCIL) was integrated into perovskite solar cells, resulting in improved device stability and a maximum PCE of 16.3%. Photoenhanced self-doping of the fulleropyrrolidine mixture in the interlayers afforded devices that were advantageously insensitive to OCIL thickness, ranging from 4 to 190 nm. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) indicated that the fulleropyrrolidine mixture improved device stability by stabilizing the metal electrode and trapping ionic defects (i.e., I-) that originate from the perovskite active layer. Moreover, degraded devices were rejuvenated by repeatedly peeling away and replacing the OCIL/Ag electrode, and this repeel and replace process resulted in further improvement to device stability with minimal variation of device efficiency
A CASE REPORT ON LUDWIG’S ANGINA: AN ENT EMERGENCY
Ludwig’s angina is defined as a rapidly progressive cellulitis of the floor of the mouth which involves both the submandibular and sublingual spaces of the face. The presented case was a 78-year-old female patient with a history of tooth extraction. Based on the clinical symptoms and computed tomography scan, the patient was diagnosed with Ludwig’s angina and was treated appropriately by antibiotics and steroids after emergency tracheostomy and airway management.
