Temperature Oscillation of Loop Heat Pipe for AMS Cryocooler

AbstractTemperature oscillation characteristics of loop heat pipes (LHPs) for alpha magnetic spectrometer (AMS) cryocoolers during thermal vacuum and thermal balance (TVTB) testing were determined. Temperature oscillation only occurred for only one of eight LHPs. Temperature oscillations normally occurred at high sink temperature and/or heat load. Inclusion of a bypass valve was an effective measure to suppress temperature oscillations, because vapor at the condenser was not saturated when the bypass valve was open

Research status and progress of techniques of bedside ultrasound-guided nasointestinal tube placement (床旁超声引导下鼻肠管置入法研究现状及进展)

Enteral nutrition is the first choice of nutritional support for clinical patients. The bedside ultrasound has provided auxiliary support for the placement of intestinal tube, increased the success rate of tube placement, and alleviated the pain of patients. This article reviews the techniques and methods of ultrasound-assisted placement of nasointestinal tube at present, aiming to provide reference for clinical practice and further provide ideas for bedside ultrasound assisted placement of nasointestinal tube. (肠内营养作为临床患者营养支持的首选途径。床旁超声引导为鼻肠管的置入提供了辅助保障, 提高了置管成功率, 减轻了患者的置管痛苦。本文综述了超声辅助鼻肠管置入法的技巧及方法, 旨在为进一步为提高鼻肠管置入质量提供参考。

Review on the application of acupoint sticking therapy for constipation in adult patients (中医穴位贴敷疗法在成人便秘中的应用研究进展)

Constipation is a common digestive system disease caused by bad living habits or gastrointestinal dysfunction. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the risk factors, epidemiological investigation, Traditional Chinese Medicine cognition and treatment principles of constipation in adult patients, and analyze the research status of Traditional Chinese Medicine acupoint application therapy for constipation in adult patients, in order to provide a reference for the clinical practice and further exploration of appropriate techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine. (便秘是由于不良的生活习惯影响, 或者胃肠道功能紊乱造成的生活中常见的一种消化系统疾病。本文旨在通过对成人便秘患者的危险因素、流行病学调查、中医认知及治疗方案等进行总结归纳, 以期为中药穴位贴敷疗法应用于成人便秘患者的临床护理提供参考, 为中医适宜技术应用于便秘患者的探索提供可循依据。
