The author conducts research and analysis on the endogenous problems of rural farmers’ spiritual and cultural education and finds that: the current endogenous problems of rural farmers’ spiritual and cultural education in China are mainly manifested in the oldness of spiritual and cultural education concepts, the monotonousness of spiritual and cultural education content, the blurring of spiritual and cultural education forms, the simplicity of spiritual and cultural education methods, and the lag of spiritual and cultural education evaluation and etc. Meanwhile, the author proposes to build a scientific system of spiritual and cultural education policy, create a healthy and harmonious policy implementation atmosphere, and construct a full policy supervision system and some other policy suggestions

Opportunities and challenges coexist in constructing rural farmers’ spiritual and cultural education system. Conducting SWOT analysis to analyze various factors from a holistic perspective will facilitate grasping advantages and opportunities, recognizing weaknesses and threats, and seeking a path suitable for local realities. Finally, the author proposes specific policy suggestions regarding awareness improvement, policy improvement, economic development and educational resource integration and so on

Asymptotically Efficient Quasi-Newton Type Identification with Quantized Observations Under Bounded Persistent Excitations

This paper is concerned with the optimal identification problem of dynamical systems in which only quantized output observations are available under the assumption of fixed thresholds and bounded persistent excitations. Based on a time-varying projection, a weighted Quasi-Newton type projection (WQNP) algorithm is proposed. With some mild conditions on the weight coefficients, the algorithm is proved to be mean square and almost surely convergent, and the convergence rate can be the reciprocal of the number of observations, which is the same order as the optimal estimate under accurate measurements. Furthermore, inspired by the structure of the Cramer-Rao lower bound, an information-based identification (IBID) algorithm is constructed with adaptive design about weight coefficients of the WQNP algorithm, where the weight coefficients are related to the parameter estimates which leads to the essential difficulty of algorithm analysis. Beyond the convergence properties, this paper demonstrates that the IBID algorithm tends asymptotically to the Cramer-Rao lower bound, and hence is asymptotically efficient. Numerical examples are simulated to show the effectiveness of the information-based identification algorithm.Comment: 16 pages, 3 figures, submitted to Automatic

A Model of Customer Lifetime Value Consider with Word-of-mouth Marketing Value

    Get PDF
With the rapid development of IT technology and fierce competition of market, the customer relationship management(CRM) has gained its importance in the market. Companies have attached importance to acquiring and retaining the most profitable customers. So calculating customer’s value is a significant segment for every effective CRM. Many researches have been performed to calculate customer’s value based on customer lifetime value (LTV). But, these calculations can’t effectively include the whole customer value, especially for the word-of-mouth marketing value. This paper proposes a new LTV model which considers the customer’s past profit contribution, potential value and word-of-mouth marketing value, and gives a more reasonable LTV value in CRM for the company to make a decision

Study on Resource Configuration on Cloud Manufacturing

    Get PDF
The purpose of manufacturing is to realize the requirement of customer. In manufacturing process of cloud system, there exist a lot of resource services which have similar functional characteristics to realize the requirement. It makes the manufacturing process more diverse. To develop the quality and reduce cost, a resource configuration model on cloud-manufacturing platform is put forward in this paper. According to the generalized six-point location principle, a growth design from the requirement of customers to entities with geometric constraints is proposed. By the requirement growing up to product, a configuration process is used to match the entities with the instances which the resources in the database could supply. Different from most existing studies, this paper studies the tolerance design with multiple candidate resource suppliers on cloud manufacturing to make the market play a two-level game considering the benefit of customers and the profit of resources to give an optimal result. A numerical case study is used to illustrate the proposed model and configuration process. The performance and advantage of the proposed method are discussed at the end
