The Indonesia economic grewth slowdown on 2015. It has impacted the competition in the automotive industry in Indonesia. All players have got to implement many strategies to keep them in the automotive business. One of the most common strategy is to how to maintain customer satisfaction.This research aimed to investigate which variables are significant and contribute the most to the customer satisfaction variable. This research was using 5 variables, i.e. product quality, after sales service, brand image, perceived value, and customer satisfaction. The sampling data was customers that used Honda Mobile. The questionnaires were distributed to 200 respondents across Indonesian provinces. Structural Equation model method was used for data processing using Lisrel program for Windows.Finally, the conclusion of this research would help Honda improve its performance to keep its customer satisfaction level high, and win the competition in the Indonesian automotive industry

The children on public road represent one of the social problem faced by Indonesian nation. In every country in this world also find the same social problem as the problem of prostitution which is difficult to find the exact formula to handle it, as complicated as the problem of children on public road. The amount of waif is clearly increasing although it almost impossible to get the opening statistic. Government is assessed cannot do many things to save them. Everyday, the children on the public road are fear of various threat includes the bad behaviour of government officers. In Jambi, the problem of children on public road is complicated enough to solve because its handling is not just to give symphatic paid, so that the government should have the exact policy to handle it. Their social balance are need to think of because what they will be f they have imbalance social problem? this will result bad effect for their behaviour and environtment in the future

Analisis Pengaruh Minat Mahasiswa Fmipa Usu Memilih Laptop dengan Metode Kendall's W dan Analisis Konjoin

Penelitian ini diarahkan untuk menganalisis atribut laptop yang pa-ling diminati dan mengetahui kombinasi atribut yang paling diminati di kampusFakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Sumatera Utara.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Kendall's W dan Ana-lisis Konjoin. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primeryang diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa aktif FMIPAUSU angkatan 2009 sampai 2012. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pilihanatribut dari laptop yang paling mempengaruhi minat responden yang dalam peneli-tian ini adalah kecanggihan processornya. Konsep laptop yang ideal berdasarkanpilihan responden melalui proses evaluasi dari 27 profil/kombinasi/stimuli yangdisajikan dalam bentuk kuesioner dengan membuat rating adalah laptop denganmerek HP, dengan processor intel core i5, bobot berat (1,8 kg s.d 2,5 kg), seharga< Rp 3.000.000,00; dengan hard drive > 500GB, dengan webcam tersedia, beruku-ran layar < 10.1 inchi, ketahanan baterai > 5 jam, serta berwarana hitam
