Resilience and Work Self-Efficacy in Remote Work Conditions
PÄtÄ«juma mÄrÄ·is bija izpÄtÄ«t kÄda ir saistÄ«ba starp dzÄ«vesspÄku un darba paÅ”efektivitÄti attÄlinÄtÄ darba apstÄkļos. PÄtÄ«jumÄ piedalÄ«jÄs 54 respondenti vecumÄ no 27 lÄ«dz 68 gadiem, kuri strÄdÄ attÄlinÄtu vai daļÄji attÄlinÄtu darbu, un ir algoti darbinieki organizÄcijÄ. PÄtÄ«jumÄ izmantotas divas aptaujas : DzÄ«vesspÄka aptauja pieauguÅ”ajiem (Resilience Scale of Adults (RSA), Hjemdal et al., 2001; Friborg et al., 2003; Friborg et al.,2005), un E-darba paÅ”efektivitÄtes skala (e-Work Self-Efficacy Scale, Tramontano et al., 2021), kura adaptÄta latvieÅ”u valodÄ pÄtÄ«juma ietvaros. Izmantojot SpÄ«rmena korelÄcijas metodi, tika konstatÄtas statistiski nozÄ«mÄ«gas pozitÄ«vas saistÄ«bas starp dzÄ«vesspÄku un darba paÅ”efektivitÄti attÄlinÄtÄ darba apstÄkļos.The aim of the study was to find out whether there is a link between resilience and work self-efficacy in a remote work conditions. The sample of the study consists of 54 respondents aged 27 to 68 years, who work remotely or semi-remotely and are salaried employees of the organisation. Two research methods were used in this study: Resilience Scale of Adults (RSA), (Hjemdal et al., 2001; Friborg et al., 2003; Friborg et al.,2005) and e-Work Self-Efficacy Scale (Tramontano et al., 2021), adapted in the study. Using Spearman's correlation method, a statistically significant positive correlation was found between resilience and work self-efficacy in a remote work conditions
