    This research aims to produce an outcome of a draft policy to improve the quality of processed fish products ofWomen's Wife Fishermen Group "Fatimah Azzahra". Implementation of the policy is expected to improve the quality ofprocessed fish products, consumer buying interest, income and welfare of its members. The draft of service qualityimprovement policy is made by PFI (Priorities of Improvement) analysis method, through gap analysis method to tenattributes of product quality that have been identified. Furthermore, mapping is done by using Cartesian diagram todetermine the position of these attributes in each quadrant. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires toconsumers who have consumed fish processed products, interviews and observation. The results show that the attributesthat are the first priority to be improved are the expiration date, followed by the successive identity of the productmaker, the information about the product content, and the product coating material

The problem faced is that the farmers are less prosperous, and thelack of knowledge and ability of the farmers in marketing their products, sometimes unsold and wasted. To overcomethese problems, community service activities are carried out in the form of counseling and training based on the conceptof integrated marketing mix consisting of product, promotion, price, and distribution aspect. To support this marketingcapability, training in the use of simple information technology is also given. Those counseling and training program hadbeen carried out and obtained outcomes in accordance with its objectives.
