Russian language in Uzbekistan

Bakalářská práce je věnována roli ruského jazyka v Uzbekistánu. Zkoumá se národnostní složení obyvatelstva a sleduje se historie vzniku Rusů na území Uzbekistánu a změny jejich počtu v jednotlivých letech. Pozornost je věnována ruským historickým osobnostem, osobnostem vědy a kultury, které žily nebo dočasně pobývaly v Uzbekistánu a přispěly k rozvoji různých sfér státu. Je uvedena sociolingvistická charakteristika jazyků používaných v Uzbekistánu. Zkoumá se právní status ruského jazyka podle ústavy a zákona "O státním jazyce Republiky Uzbekistán" a oblasti jeho působnosti. Jsou analyzovány různé formy míšení ruského a uzbeckého jazyka v rámci kontaktů mezi těmito jazyky. V práci jsou prezentovány výsledky mého sociolingvistického průzkumu, které svědčí o vysoké sociální aktivitě ruského jazyka v Uzbekistánu.ObhájenoThis bachelor's thesis scrutinizes the role of the Russian language in Uzbekistan. It looks into the national composition of the population, tracing the history of the emergence of Russians on Uzbek territory and changes in their numbers over time. Attention is drawn to Russian historical figures and figures of science and culture who have lived or temporarily dwelt in Uzbekistan and have contributed to the development of various spheres of the country's life. A sociolinguistic description is given of the languages spoken in Uzbekistan. The status of the Russian language in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Law "On the State Language of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the spheres of its use are examined. Various forms of mixing the Russian and Uzbek languages in the conditions of their contact are analyzed. The article presents the results of my sociolinguistic survey, which corroborate to the high social activity of the Russian language in Uzbekistan
