However, provisions on piracy are still absent in Chinese criminal law. Strategically speaking, it is necessary for China to lay down provisions on piracy, which will facilitate our fight against piracy and protection of the national interests of China

A High-Performance and Flexible Architecture for Accelerating SDN on the MPSoC Platform

Software-defined networking has been developing in recent years and the separation of the control plane and the data plane has made networks more flexible. Due to its flexibility, the software method is used to implement the data plane. However, with increasing network speed, the CPU is becoming unable to meet the requirements of high-speed packet processing. FPGAs are usually used as dumb switches to accelerate the data plane, with all intelligence centralized in the remote controller. However, the cost of taking the intelligence out of the switch is the increased latency between the controller and the switch. Therefore, we argue that the control decisions should be made as locally as possible. In this paper, we propose a novel architecture with high performance and flexibility for accelerating SDN based on the MPSoC platform. The control plane is implemented in the on-chip CPU and the data plane is implemented in the FPGA logic. The communication between the two components is performed using Ethernet communication. We design a high-performance TCAM based on distributed RAM. The architecture employs a pipeline design with modules connected via the AXI Stream interface. The designed architecture is flexible enough to support multiple network functions while achieving high performance at 100 Gbps. As far as we know, the architecture is the first proposed in the design of a 100 Gbps system

Difference analysis of aroma components in tobacco leaves based on GA-SVM

Eleven different aromatic components including megastigmatrienone,beta-Ionone,Ionone oxide and solanone from middle and lower tobacco leaves were determined successfully via high performance liquid chromatography-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-GC-MS) system.By using genetic algorithm(GA),8 aromatic components were selected to build a support vector machine(SVM) classification model for discriminating middle and lower tobacco leaves. The results showed that the accuracies of modeling,leave-one-out,and prediction were 95.45%,89.39% and 81.25%,respectively.The spatial distribution of middle and lower tobacco leaves was investigated by Fisher discriminant vector method, which showed that megastigmatrienone,beta-Ionone,and Ionone oxide were evidently different in the middle and lower tobaccos leaves

MoS2 solid-lubricating film fabricated by atomic layer deposition on Si substrate

How to reduce friction for improving efficiency in the usage of energy is a constant challenge. Layered material like MoS2 has long been recognized as an effective surface lubricant. Due to low interfacial shear strengths, MoS2 is endowed with nominal frictional coefficient. In this work, MoS2 solid-lubricating film was directly grown by atomic layer deposition (ALD) on Si substrate using MoCl5 and H2S. Various methods were used to observe the grown MoS2 film. Moreover, nanotribological properties of the film were observed by an atomic force microscope (AFM). Results show that MoS2 film can effectively reduce the friction force by about 30-45% under different loads, indicating the huge application value of the film as a solid lubricant. Besides the interlayer-interfaces-sliding, the smaller capillary is another reason why the grown MoS2 film has smaller friction force than that of Si

Chromosome-level genome assembly of the predatory stink bug Arma custos

Abstract The stink bug Arma custos (Hemiptera: Pentatomidae) is a predatory enemy successfully used for biocontrol of lepidopteran and coleopteran pests in notorious invasive species. In this study, a high-quality chromosome-scale genome assembly of A. custos was achieved through a combination of Illumina sequencing, PacBio HiFi sequencing, and Hi-C scaffolding techniques. The final assembled genome was 969.02 Mb in size, with 935.94 Mb anchored to seven chromosomes, and a scaffold N50 length of 135.75 Mb. This genome comprised 52.78% repetitive elements. The detected complete BUSCO score was 99.34%, indicating its completeness. A total of 13,708 protein-coding genes were predicted in the genome, and 13219 of them were annotated. This genome provides an invaluable resource for further research on various aspects of predatory bugs, such as biology, genetics, and functional genomics
