Analisis Pengendalian Kualitas Produk pada Perusahaan Garmen Wana Sari Tahun 2013

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pelaksanaan pengendalian kualitas produk garmen, (2) penyebab kerusakan/kecacatan produk, (3) solusi dalam mengatasi kendalakendalan pengendalian kualitas produk garmen.Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Garmen Wana Sari dan objek penelitian ini adalah pengendalian kualitas produk. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan alat bantu Statistical Process Control (SPC). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) pelaksanaan pengendalian kualitas produk garmen dilakukan mulai bahan baku, proses produksi, dan produk jadi. (2) kerusakan/kecacatan produk disebabkan oleh bahan baku, manusia, method dan lingkungan. (3) Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala pengendalian kualitas produk garmen adalah (a) memberikan arahan lebih baik kepada para pagawai yang terlibat dalam proses produksi, (b) memilih bahan baku yang berkualitas baik, (c) melakukan tindakan perbaikan terhadap produk rusak yang masih bisa diperbaiki.Kata Kunci : pengendalian kualitas produk This research aim to knows (1) the implementation of quality control of garment products, (2) the cause of defect products, (3) the solutions in overcome the constraints quality control of garment products. This research was a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this research is Wana Sari Garment Company and the object of this research is quality control of product. Data collected with observation method and documentation then analyzed with tools Statistical Process Control (SPC).The results showed that (1) the implementation of quality control of garment product was conducted from raw materials, production processes, and finished products. (2) damages/defects of product caused by the raw material, human, method and environment. (3) the effort are made to overcome the constraints quality control of garment products are (a) gives better direction to employees who involved in the production processes, (b) selecting a good quality of raw materials, (c) take remedial action against defective products that can still be improved.keyword : Product Quality Contro

The Inovation in Teaching Balinese and Javanese Dances in English for Students of Dance Departement

Creating an innovation in teaching Balinese and Javanese dances in English for the students of Dance department who learn English is an interesting and effective Way. This innovation has given a significant result that the students of Dance department have been able to explain the basic Balinese and Javanese dances movements in English after translating the existence of Balinese and Javanese dances and all terms related to them from Indonesian into English.This idea becomes one of the efforts to strengthen the steps of Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI) Denpasar in the International level and in reaching the vision to be the centre of excellent. There are three main discussions in this paper, namely, the existence of Balinese dance, the exsistence of Javanese dance, and teaching method in teaching Balinese and Javanese dances.The existence of Balinese and Javanese dances and some terms and terminologies associated with Balinese and Javanese dances and other things that are still relevant are described in the result ofthis study. It is very significant benefit in the teaching-learning process of English and of Balinese and Javanese dances as well This paper is a part of the result of competitive research grants funded by ISI Denpasar DIPA Number : DIPA-023-O4.1.673453/2015 dated November l4, 2015. The other result of this research has also been presented in the 6th International Seminar on Austronesia Languages and Literatures, Udayana University, Denpasar dated 28-29 Agustus 2015The method apllied is the translation research methods combined with dance research method, which is started with collecting the terms related to Balinese and Javanese dances , then translated into English. Furthermore, the translation results are tested in teaching dance to students majoring in Dance department and foreign students who studied at ISI Denpasar
