The report reflects the promising solutions for the creation of adaptive protection means and emergency automatics in the implementation of methods of identification of dynamic systems. Presented original research assigned at directly addressing the causes of the sensitivity lack of the transformer equipment protection - compensation for the magnetizing current of the power transformers by linearizing their transfer characteristics

The steps of territorial intelligence are based on the emergence of new fashions of exchange within the territory . It acts thus on the territorial visibility and hustles the places of strategic reflexion; by doing this, it takes part within the country, to make move the bond sociétal. This paper subjects a posture of collection and mutualisation of information within the territory

First record of Rhabdoceras suessi (Ammonoidea, Late Triassic) from the Transylvanian Triassic Series of the Eastern Carpathians (Romania) and a review of its biochronology, paleobiogeography and paleoecology

Abstract The occurrence of the heteromorphic ammonoid Rhabdoceras suessi Hauer, 1860, is recorded for the first time in the Upper Triassic limestone of the Timon-Ciungi olistolith in the Rarău Syncline, Eastern Carpathians. A single specimen of Rhabdoceras suessi co-occurs with Monotis (Monotis) salinaria that constrains its occurrence here to the Upper Norian (Sevatian 1). It is the only known heteromorphic ammonoid in the Upper Triassic of the Romanian Carpathians. Rhabdoceras suessi is a cosmopolitan species widely recorded in low and mid-paleolatitude faunas. It ranges from the Late Norian to the Rhaetian and is suitable for high-resolution worldwide correlations only when it co-occurs with shorter-ranging choristoceratids, monotid bivalves, or the hydrozoan Heterastridium. Formerly considered as the index fossil for the Upper Norian (Sevatian) Suessi Zone, by the latest 1970s this species lost its key biochronologic status among Late Triassic ammonoids, and it generated a controversy in the 1980s concerning the status of the Rhaetian stage. New stratigraphic data from North America and Europe in the subsequent decades resulted in a revised ammonoid biostratigraphy for the uppermost Triassic, the Rhaetian being reinstalled as the topmost stage in the current standard timescale of the Triassic. The geographic distribution of Rhabdoceras is compiled from published worldwide records, and its paleobiogeography and paleoecology are discussed

Evaluation of the possibility of developing and manufacturing integral composite structures for airframe elements

Nowadays, the degree of structural integrity is as important as the specific load bearing capacity. An integral product can be called a product obtained by combining structural elements of different configurations and functional purposes into a single object that does not contain joints. The concept of “integral”, obviously, is synonymous with the concept of “monolithic”. However, the word “monolithic” is traditionally identified with a massive structure, in which all fragments have the same order of measurement. The very concept of “degree of integration” is very conditional, since now there is no clear methodology for its assessment in quantitative terms. Issues related to the design, manufacture and operation of such products should be addressed in a comprehensive manner based on design solutions, technological capabilities, as well as data obtained as a result of strength calculations. In this paper strength calculations were made for metal and composite panels. Besides, composite panel has integral design. Production specifics of integral composite structures as well as advantages and disadvantages

Methodological approaches to environmental assessment of rural settlements for justification of the sustainable development strategy

    No full text
The article studies methodological approaches to the environmental assessment of the quality of the environment and the quality of the population of rural settlements. The components of the “rural environment” of life activity include the factors of life support of rural residents or are the resource potential that determine the viability and vitality of the rural environment. The polystructurality of the living environment forms a special functional regime within the boundaries of rural settlements and agricultural activities. At the present stage, the population of rural settlements is experiencing the following negative factors: an increase in morbidity, genetic disorders, mortality, complication of social relations, and economic decline. The life activity of a rural resident is closely interrelated with the natural environment, agricultural activities and has wide spatial boundaries, including various spectra: home, household, objects of agricultural activity. The result of the processing is the compilation of morphometric maps. The map is the basis for creating predictive models for the course of exogenous processes. A monitoring algorithm, which collects data according to the scheme of a typical random nest selection, is important for the environmental analysis of the living environment of rural residents. The sample range, which guarantees the survey of various features of rural settlements, is calculated according to the rules of the sampling method for 145 villages. Rural settlements within the Voronezh region with a population of more than 500 people were studied in terms of medical and demographic indicators
