    Assessment of quality and safety of pork treated with low-temperature atmospheric-pressure plasma

    It is known that processing methods ensuring partial or full microbial inactivation are quite limited. Therefore, it is of great interest to develop technique and technologies allowing the effective action on microorganisms without a significant influence on product properties. The use of cold plasma can be one of the promising methods of meat product treatment by cold sterilization. The present work examines a possibility of chilled meat treatment with low-temperature atmospheric-pressure plasma to increase its stability to microbial spoilage and extend shelf life. To obtain low temperature plasma, the equipment developed by the designing department “Plasmamed” was used. Chilled meat was treated with low-temperature atmospheric-pressure argon plasma for 5, 10, 20 and 30 min. Samples were stored at a temperature of 2–4 °C for 10 days. Organoleptic indices, moisture weight fraction, changes in pH and water activity were analyzed before treatment and during storage. Sanitary microbiological analyses were carried out by the following indicators: quantity of mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms (QMAFAnM), the presence and quantity of coliforms, Salmonella, Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes, Proteus. It was shown that meat cold treatment with argon plasma inhibited the development of mesophilic microorganisms. The colony forming units detected in the samples after ten days of storage were determined by the duration of exposure to plasma. It was proved that meat treatment for 15 and 30 min had the bactericidal effect and facilitated an improvement in meat color during storage. The organoleptic indices of the samples treated with plasma corresponded to the requirements of standards and approved consumer characteristics

    Using a data sample of 6.8 pb1^{-1} collected with the CMD-3 detector at the VEPP-2000 e+ee^+e^- collider we select about 2700 events of the e+eppˉe^+e^- \to p\bar{p} process and measure its cross section at 12 energy ponts with about 6\% systematic uncertainty. From the angular distribution of produced nucleons we obtain the ratio GE/GM=1.49±0.23±0.30|G_{E}/G_{M}| = 1.49 \pm 0.23 \pm 0.30

    The process e+eK+Kπ+πe^+e^- \to K^+K^-\pi^+\pi^- has been studied in the center-of-mass energy range from 1500 to 2000\,MeV using a data sample of 23 pb1^{-1} collected with the CMD-3 detector at the VEPP-2000 e+ee^+e^- collider. Using about 24000 selected events, the e+eK+Kπ+πe^+e^- \to K^+K^-\pi^+\pi^- cross section has been measured with a systematic uncertainty decreasing from 11.7\% at 1500-1600\,MeV to 6.1\% above 1800\,MeV.     The cross section of the process e+eπ+πe^+e^-\to\pi^+\pi^- has been measured in the center of mass energy range from 0.32 to 1.2 GeV with the CMD-3 detector at the electron-positron collider VEPP-2000. The measurement is based on a full dataset collected below 1 GeV during three data taking seasons, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of about 62 pb1^{-1}. In the dominant ρ\rho-resonance region, a systematic uncertainty of 0.7% has been reached. At energies around ϕ\phi-resonance the π+π\pi^+\pi^- production cross section was measured for the first time with high energy resolution. The forward-backward charge asymmetry in the π+π\pi^+\pi^- production has also been measured. It shows the strong deviation from the theoretical prediction based on conventional sQED framework and is in good agreement with GVDM and dispersive-based predictions.     The cross section of the process e+eπ+πe^+e^-\to\pi^+\pi^- has been measured in the center of mass energy range from 0.32 to 1.2 GeV with the CMD-3 detector at the electron-positron collider VEPP-2000. The measurement is based on an integrated luminosity of about 88 pb1^{-1} out of which 62 pb1^{-1} constitutes a full dataset collected by CMD-3 at center-of-mass energies below 1 GeV.     EFFECT OF THE WEIGHT OF SULFOETHYLPOLYSTYRENE ON THE SORPTION OF SILVER(I)AND COPPER(II) IN DYNAMIC CONDITIONS

    In this research influence of weight on sorption of sulfoethylpolystyrene in dynamic conditions was studied. Selectivity coefficients KAg/Cuwere determined for sorbents with degree of substitution equal to 0.7. It was showed,that the dynamic capacity of the sorbent for ions of copper (II) and silver (I) increased with increasing of sorbent mass, but the selectivity of silver ions (I) and copper (II) was reduced.Исследование выполнено при финансовой поддержке РФФИ в рамках научного проекта № 16-33-00110 мол_а
