    Metodologia para melhorar a qualidade na organização do processo educacional através da implementação de software

    The article deals with the issues of information exchange between teachers, pupils and educational organization departments. They analyzed the advantages and the disadvantages of traditional approaches: e-mail, communication via phones, social networks. They considered the issues of information placement intended for a large number of users. They revealed the need to address the problems associated with the publication of events - major administrative announcements of educational organizations, which are visible to all users and set to a certain date. The approach to publication of events is proposed within the framework of a system separate module. They considered the mechanism of mass mailings which allows users to transmit information to two or more recipients and ensures the exchange of information available only to recipients, unlike the "wall". An approach is proposed to increase the quality of the educational process organization, which allows a rapid exchange. The issues of information placement are considered on the website of the educational organization using the example of the training schedule. The advantages and the disadvantages of the traditional approach are analyzed. The issues of schedule planning among part-timer teachers are considered. They propose the approach to increase the quality the educational process quality organization, which allows you to place and make changes to the curriculum quickly using the example of the "Electronic Schedule" system.El artículo trata sobre los temas de intercambio de información entre profesores, alumnos y departamentos de organizaciones educativas. Analizaron las ventajas y desventajas de los enfoques tradicionales: correo electrónico, comunicación a través de teléfonos, redes sociales. Consideraron los problemas de la colocación de información destinados a un gran número de usuarios. Revelaron la necesidad de abordar los problemas asociados con la publicación de eventos: los principales anuncios administrativos de las organizaciones educativas, que son visibles para todos los usuarios y se establecen en una fecha determinada. El enfoque para la publicación de eventos se propone en el marco de un módulo separado del sistema. Consideraron el mecanismo de correo masivo que permite a los usuarios transmitir información a dos o más destinatarios y garantiza el intercambio de información disponible solo para los destinatarios, a diferencia del "muro". Se propone un enfoque para aumentar la calidad de la organización del proceso educativo, lo que permite un intercambio rápido. Los problemas de colocación de información se consideran en el sitio web de la organización educativa utilizando el ejemplo del programa de capacitación.     The pure-hydrogen discharges in surface-plasma sources with a semiplanotron electrode configuration are described. In short pulse (10-3 s) mode the extracted H- emission density was up to 1.1 A/cm2 at cathode discharge current density 60 A/cm2. The multi-slit short pulse extraction delivered the H- output with current of up to 1 A. In the long pulse (0.6 s) mode the H- yield was 0.15 A at discharge current density 10 A/cm2. The experiments have shown strong dependencies of H- yield on the shape, temperature and conditions of cathode surface. The energy spectra of extracted H- ions consisted of several groups, corresponding to the surface (anode and cathode) and volume origin of H- ions.La décharge en hydrogène pur produite dans les sources plasma-surface à configuration semiplanotron des électrodes est décrite. Dans le mode d'impulsions courtes (10-3 s) la densité de courant d'ions H- atteint 1,1 A/cm 2 pour une densité de courant à la cathode de 60 A/cm2. Les impulsions courtes multi-fente ont permis l'extraction d'un courant d'ions H- jusqu'à 1 A. Dans le mode d'impulsions longues (0,6 s) le courant d'ions H- était de 0,15 A pour une densité de courant de décharge de 10 A/cm 2. Les expériences ont montré une forte dépendance du courant d'ions H- de la forme, de la température et des conditions de la surface cathodique.     This paper is a review of research effected on negative ion plasma-surface sources in the Institute of Nuclear Physics in Novosibirsk. It contains the description of the performances of the planatron, a source which produced in 1972 in pure hydrogen a density of H- ion current of 0.75 A/cm2. The results of recent studies of this source, in the 1987 version, designated as semi-planatron, are also presented. The experiments effected by adding cesium to the hydrogen discharge lead to a theoretical model of the surface-plasma sources with low work function cathode. The optimization of the negative ion production led to the increase of the beam intensity to 11 A.Cet article présente une synthèse des travaux effectués à l'Institut de Physique Nucléaire de Novosibirsk sur les sources plasma-surface d'ions négatifs. Il contient la description des performances du planatron, une source qui a produit en 1972 une densité de courant d'ions H- de 0,75 A/cm2 en hydrogène pur. Les résultats des études de cette source dans sa version 1987, désignée semi-planatron, sont aussi présentés. Les expériences effectuées en ajoutant du césium à la décharge d'hydrogène ont conduit à l'élaboration d'un modèle théorique des sources plasma-surface à cathode à faible travail de sortie. L'optimisation de la production des ions négatifs a permis d'augmenter l'intensité du faisceau à 11 A
