<p>After being resected from porcine stomachs, the specimens were prepared using two tissue fixation methods. (A) One specimen was placed in the fixation device; (B) a second specimen was manually fixed to a corkboard.</p

<p>Forty-five porcine stomachs were used in this study. Fifteen were assigned to each group according to resected tissue size. After resection, one resected specimen each was placed in a fixation device and manually pinned to a corkboard.</p
