Manejo de los procesos contables en las Juntas de Acción Comunal del Municipio de Apartadó Antioquia.

Las Juntas de Acción Comunal (JAC) desempeñan un papel fundamental en el desarrollo comunitario y la participación ciudadana. Sin embargo, han enfrentado desafíos significativos en la gestión eficiente de sus procesos contables, lo cual ha afectado su sostenibilidad y capacidad de operación. El presente estudio busca conocer a fondo el manejo integral de los procesos contables y financieros de las JAC del Municipio de Apartadó, con el propósito de identificar áreas de mejora y fortalecer su gestión financiera. La información se recopiló mediante encuestas y entrevistas dirigidas a una muestra seleccionada de los dignatarios de las JAC. Se detectaron falencias en áreas como, formación en temas contables, manejo de los registros, interpretación de las diferentes normatividades. Abordar estos desafíos es crucial para asegurar la sostenibilidad de estas entidades y su capacidad para cumplir con sus objetivos comunitarios.The Communal Action Boards (JAC) play a fundamental role in community development and citizen participation. However, they have faced significant challenges in efficiently managing their accounting processes, which has impacted their sustainability and operational capacity. This study aims to thoroughly understand the comprehensive management of accounting and financial processes of the JAC in the Municipality of Apartadó, with the purpose of identifying areas for improvement and strengthening their financial management. The information was collected through surveys and interviews conducted with a selected sample of the JAC officials. Deficiencies were identified in areas such as training in accounting topics, handling of records, and interpretation of various regulations.
