One of the reasons of its appearance is the socialization defects within the family, regrettable attitude of parents to children. The purpose of this article is to identify and investigate the particularities of the parental attitude to the students of the secondary vocational and higher education institutions who have different levels of susceptibility to drug addiction. To analyze the parental attitude two criteria are used in the research: the degree of emotional bond, parents’ attachment to the child (love, acceptance, warmth or emotional rejection and coldness) and the degree of control over his behavior (high—with lots of restrictions and prohibitions; low—the minimum prohibitive tones). They represent three main factors: positive interest vs. hostility, directivity vs. autonomy and inconsistency as a sharp transition from one extreme to another. The research shows that the formation of susceptibility to addiction among the students of the secondary vocational schools is influenced by the particular attitudes of both parents, while university students are mostly affected by their mothers’ attitude. It is found that the particularities of the child-parent relationships in forming susceptibility to addiction affect more the students of the secondary vocational schools than the higher education students. The research data allow to improve the psycho-pedagogical programs aimed at reducing drug addiction susceptibility among students

University management is currently supported by information system providing storage and data structuring of information required. Managing the development and improvement of the educational process quality requires creation of a monitoring system covering all of its objects and various measurement tools, which monitors the set of all features. The paper presents the components of pedagogical management, considers indicators of pedagogical processes and methods of evaluation, which define the basis for monitoring the educational processes at the University. Also the structure of a software module is shown, that works on the principle of the expert system and identifies problem characteristics of the educational activity. The results of the experimental work show the effectiveness of the presented software, that supports management decision-making of university departments’ leadership and faculty

The relevance of this article is due to the fact that the solution to any problem is more effective in partnership, as a whole is always greater than the sum of its parts, and one should not ignore alternative ways of different perception of the surrounding reality, since what is unachievable for each member separately, can be achieved by all members of the whole team. Therefore, this article aims at disclosing the essence of corporativity in developing teaching staff. The article deals with the role of corporativity in developing a teaching team, the viability conditions of the pedagogical team have been detected, the individual trajectories for developing each member of the teaching staff are presented. The article submissions are valuable both in theory and in practical terms, for representatives of professional training institutions in order to achieve their corporate competitiveness as a teaching team
