Терапевтическая эффективность расстройств депрессивного спектра в зависимости от врачебных вмешательств на догоспитальном этапе

Open clinical comparative assessment of therapy effectiveness of depressive spectrum disorders was carried out. We compared patients who began treatment in special psychiatric department and those who underwent different consultations, investigations and took medication in primary care before hospitalization. This investigation showed high effectiveness of therapy, reduction of depressive symptoms, improving of psychological state and increasing level of social adaptation in patients who didn’t contact with primary care settings.Проведено открытое клиническое сравнительное исследование эффективности терапии расстройств депрессивного спектра у пациентов, которые непосредственно начинали лечение в специализированном отделении, и у больных, проходивших и на догоспитальном этапе различные консультации, обследования и назначения в первичной медицинской сети. Исследование показало высокую эффективность терапии в плане редукции депрессивной симптоматики, улучшения психологического состояния и показателей социальной адаптации в группе пациентов, не обращавшихся в амбулаторнополиклинические службы

Psychopharmacotherapy efficacy in patients with disorders of depressive spectrum depending on some peculiarities of prehospital period

Most of patients with disorders of depressive spectrum are observed in primary care (PC) and take psychotropic medications that influence the course of depression. Patientns who took tranquilizers in PC demonstrated higher level of anxiety. Those who took antidepressants had more significant reduction of atypical depressive symptoms. Futher investigations are necessary
