    Wide variety of community exists in Indonesia, one of which is a community of 234 Solidarity Community or shortened by 234 SC. Community 234 SC is already scattered in various regions in Indonesia and to foreign countries such as Malaysia, Beijing, and the Netherlands. Community of 234 SC is also entered in Riau, one of them is in Pekanbaru city and called 234 SC Pekanbaru. 234 SC Pekanbaru interaction and communication to improve the existence, solidarity among the members, as well as the cohesiveness in the group. This study aims to determine patterns of communication and the factors that influence the effectiveness of communication 234 SC Pekanbaru communities in building cohesiveness. This study uses qualitative descriptive method, with the selection of informants using purposive, which selects five selected informants, namely a community chief, two officers and two members of the community 234 SC Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. For the data analysis, refer to the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. For checking the validity of the data using the extension of participation and triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the community 234 SC Pekanbaru to communicate face-to -face and virtual communication in which communication and interaction that occurs can be with anyone, anytime and anywhere, communication is bi-directional, and communication networks that are formed in the form of schemes all channels. In this community interacts using symbols in the form of everyday language commonly used by the people. Cooperation in the community is more dominant than the competition, this community has a code of ethics written which is used as the norms and rules, this community always choose and create an atmosphere that fits in activities in order to create a sense of comfort and conducive, there are no rules in the selection of seating positions, joke or humor is allowed to use in order to become familiar atmosphere and not stuffy. Of communication patterns and the factors that influence the effectiveness of this form of communication that makes a community cohesiveness 234 SC Pekanbaru be solid and sustain each other. The position of women often appears as a symbol of subtlety , emotional , something that moved slowly , sometimes even stops . Women are so close to the idiom - phrases such adversity , oppression , even in the " concept " which have already been accepted by the majority of our society that they are "objects " rather than " subject " for men . The term gender itself is still much less understood and putting equal to the sex or gender.The method used in this research is the method of critical discourse . Data collection techniques in this study using the method of analysis, semiotics . The location of this research will be held in Pekanbaru , Riau . Subjects in this study is the film Puteri Gunung Ledang By Saw Theong Hin , while objects in the study in this research is the Java Image Women in film Puteri Gunung Ledang . For data analysis , researchers used a method of interactive analysis and Hubberman Miles . As for checking the validity of the data , researchers used triangulation data technique.The results showed that in the film the daughter of Gunung Ledang we could see the loyalty and obedience of a female Javan weak and powerless , who want to maintain loyalty , but all in vain . In the film \u27s daughter Gunung Ledang , women are placed or positioned as a Java object, because the sentences in this film are using the passive voice . Here, researchers get a masculine aura of femininity of the female figure of Java. If you notice, the woman of Java is indeed the most courageous woman to wander even alone . Many reviews on this site will indirectly affect customers or prospective customers in selecting and deciding hotel. Reviews on these sites influence for customers and prospective customers in selecting place to stay, the PR The Premiere use the site as a form of Cyber PR in The Premiere Hotel Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine how the customer response to the tripadvisor.com site as a form of Cyber PR activity The Premiere Hotel Pekanbaru. This study uses descriptive qualitative research method. This study aim to describe and illustrate the object based on facts by using infroman as a data source. The Informant are 6 people consisting of one PR The Premiere Hotel and 5 customers who are selected based on purposive sampling. It can be seen from the rising of many dessert caffe and accompanied by many people who spend most of their times there. L'Cheese Factory is the first local brand dessert café in Pekanbaru. Started out as kind of Small Medium Enterprises (UKM) and then keep evolve until be a corporate just like today. L'Cheese Factory got an award on UMKM award 2013 as a Inspiring Local Brand, and in 2015 got an award too as Marketeers of the year. This research aims to find out and describe about marketing public relations activity on L'Cheese Factory to actualize the best local brand in Pekanbaru.This research using qualitative research method with descriptive approach and supported with S-O-R as grounded theory, meanwhile research's focus referred to marketing public relations concept. The subject of this research was choosing by purposive sampling technique who consists of owner, general manager, brand manager, 2 employees and 4 loyal customers of L'Cheese Factory. Data was collected through interview, observation and documentation, Data was analyst using Interactive model of Miles & Huberman. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researcher used the triangulation technique.The results showed publication activity of L'cheese Factory commonly affiliated with publication about the held of an event. Media that used on publication activity are online media as the main media and supported by the other internal media. While the publicity activity including publicity on television, radio, and newspaper. Furthermore event consists of Sketch Walk Competition, Garnish Class, Internship Program, and Cat Rescue. Community involvement is actualized with giving support to Ikatan Bujang Dara Kota Pekanbaru community and humanitarian aid community. Designs on fashion products to convey a hidden message for the user as well as the look of the design. Aye! One fashion denim brand in Indonesia to bring the design of its products with the theme Secret Society, the Illuminati, and Freemasonry. This study aims to look at how the meaning and ideology of Illuminati on t-shirt design that was released by Aye! Denim.This study uses qualitative descriptive study, with the selection of informants using purposive sampling theory, the author chose some informants who have a relationship with Aye! Denim, the Owner of Aye! Denim, and users of the product from Aye! Denim. Data collection techniques in this research with in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. For data analysis techniques, using three stages of Roland Barthes significance. The first phase, peeling connotations, the second phase of search for meaning denotation, and the third phase concluded myths and ideologies contained in t-shirt design Aye! Denim.The results of this study indicate that the meaning and ideology embodied in the design Aye! Denim contains about the existence of a huge plan designed by the Secret Society, the Illuminati, and Freemasonry. This study aims to determine thefactors that influence the self perception and to know the process formation of self-perceptionamong student of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences,University of Riau.This research used qualitative method research. Informants in this study were 12 femalestudents of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau that used muslimclothing and selected by using purposive sampling technique and accidental sampling. Data wascollected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Employee relations is a form of cooperation between all parties in the company. If the employee relations goes well, then the enthusiasm and motivation will increase. One company that realizes the importance of this is Pingu's English School Pekanbaru. Some of the activities undertaken to establish a good relationship is another gymnastics on Wednesday morning, lunch on Friday, as well as a cinema if the films box office. This study bertujan to find out more about employee relations program that run Pingus English School in motivating employees.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results of the research associated with the theory of S-O-R (Stimulus-Organism-reponse). Stimulus in penelilitian is a program of employee relations, acceptance by employees, then cause a response in the form of motivation. As for the informant is the Board Of Directors, Public Relations, Customer Cervice Coord, Customer Cervice, Teacher Coordinator, Full-time teacher and Operational Coord. Data collected by interview. The results of the interview, then analyzed using a model of interactive data analysis Miles and Huberman. The results of the analysis of its validity is checked using the technique of extension of participation, which confirms the parties are considered competent, as well as with triangulation techniques, comparing observations with interviews.The results showed that Pingu's English School run fourth employee relations program. Employee communication program in the form of appraisal activities, regular meetings, training, cultural openness, and special activities to establish kinship.
