The changes taking place in the country determine the necessity to form civil responsibility of both personal and professional attitude of a teacher, responsibility for development and formation of the rule-of-law civil society in the country. Analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature and pedagogical practice of formation of future teachers' civil responsibility carried out during the research allowed us to identify and generalize such main contradictions in the formation of future teachers' civil responsibility as: contradictions between the significant role of civil responsibility in the process of formation of a future citizen and the insufficient level of practical readiness of higher educational institutions' graduates on pedagogy for the activity on its formation; contradictions between the necessity to study and to generalize the advanced experience, development of active forms, methods, and tools of civil responsibility formation based on new information technologies and dominance of conservative (reproductive, verbal) methods of learning and parenting at higher professional pedagogical educational institutions

© 2015, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd. Propose a method for solving a mathematical programming problem from the class of cutting methods. In our method, on each step the epigraph of the objective function is embedded into a specifically constructed polyhedral set, and on this set an auxiliary linear function is minimized in order to construct the iteration point. Proposed method does not require that each approximation set is embedded in the previous ones. This feature lets us periodically discard additional constraints that form the approximation sets obtained during the solution process. Prove the method’s convergence and discuss possible implementations

A Cutting method for finding discrete minimax with dropping of cutting planes

In this paper we propose a cutting method to solve a conditional minimization problem of a discrete maximum function. In the method some polyhedral set approximates the epigraph of the objective function, and to construct the following iteration point we minimize an auxiliary linear function on this set. The method does not imply the inclusion of each of approximating sets in the previous one. This feature allows us to periodically drop any additional restrictions which occur in the solution process. We describe the features of the proposed method and prove its convergence. © 2014 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd

We propose a general cutting method for conditional minimization of continuous functions. We calculate iteration points by partially embeddimg the admissible set in approximating polyhedral sets. We describe the features of the proposed method and prove its convergence. The constructed general method does not imply the inclusion of each of approximating sets in the previous one. This feature allows us to construct cutting algorithms which periodically drop any additional restrictions which occur in the solution process. © 2013 Allerton Press, Inc

© 2016 Yarullin, Nasibullov and Nasibullova. The urgency of the paper considering issues of future teachers’ civil responsibility development is substantiated by transformations occurring nowadays in the spiritual sphere of Russian society that demand intellectual, active citizens as strengthening of state foundations and public life depends in many respects on higher school students’ participation in political life, on political and legal culture of future voters. The paper aims to reflect the problem of future teachers’ civil responsibility development as today the objective of higher school students’ education has to be the formation of a citizen of a free democratic state who is provided with all rights and conferred all commitments allowing them to develop freely within civil society space. The leading research methods to this problem are theoretical (comparative and logical analysis, synthesis, generalization, modeling) and empirical (study of archival and normative documents on the problem, study and synthesis of innovative experiment of higher education institutions aimed to form a civil responsibility in students, conversations, questioning, polls and purposeful observation over student’s youth activity, methods of mathematical statistics, pedagogical experiment on future teachers’ civil responsibility development). In general, results of experimental work suggest confirmation of the hypotheses about future teachers’ civil responsibility development. Materials from the paper can be useful to higher school teachers, school teachers and students trained in the pedagogical direction

© 2016 Nasibullov, Yarullin and Fatkullov. The relevance of the studied problem is substantiated by the fact that interest in issues of spiritual and moral development and personality formation around the world increased in the second half of the 20th century: it became obvious that social problems cannot be solved without strengthening of attention to human’s moral education. The objective of the paper is theoretical understanding of historical-pedagogical material on the issue of moral education, development on its basis pedagogical conditions aimed to form senior school students’ moral education, and methodical recommendations necessary for teachers-practitioners. The leading method to the research of this problem is historical-pedagogical experience of Tatarstan school about senior school students’ moral education which enables to reveal theory-methodological prerequisites for system organization of class teacher, bodies of students’ self-government and public joint activity on moral education of school students. A number of aspects of pedagogical thought development which, supplementing each other, serve as historical and social prerequisites determining current state and internal logic of Tatarstan educational school formation and act as methodological foundations for solution of the investigated problem are revealed. Generalized results of analysis of theory and practice of moral education represented in pedagogical literature; moral ethical standards of Islam and Christianity as a source of spiritual-moral personality formation, and also works of Tatarstan scientific-pedagogical community on problems of moral education in a transition period make methodological foundations

A minimization method with approximation of feasible set and epigraph of objective function

© 2016, Allerton Press, Inc.For a convex programming problem we propose a solution method which belongs to the class of cutting-plane methods. When constructing approximate solutions to the problem, this technique concurrently approximates its feasible set and the epigraph of the objective function. Planes for cutting the iteration points are being constructed with the help of subgradients of the objective function and left-hand sides of constraints. In this connection, one can find each iteration point by solving a linear programming problem. As distinct from most other well-known cuttingplane methods, the proposed technique allows the possibility to periodically update approximating sets by dropping accumulated constraints. We substantiate the convergence of the proposed method and discuss its numerical realization

A Cutting Method with Approximation of a Constraint Region and an Epigraph for Solving Conditional Minimization Problems

© 2018, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd. We propose a method which belongs to a class of cutting methods for solving a convex programming problem. The developed method differs from traditional algorithms of the mentioned class by the following fact. This method uses approximation of the feasible set and the epigraph of the objective function simultaneously for the solving problem. In the method cutting planes are constructed by subgradients of the objective function and functions which define the constrained set. In this case while initial approximating sets are chosen as polyhedral sets, each iteration point is found by solving a linear programming problem independently of the type of functions which define the solving problem. Moreover, unlike most the cutting methods the proposed method is characterized by possibility of updating approximating sets due to dropping accumulating constraints

All rights reserved.Health status of modern pupils causes anxiety in the relevant experts, which is not a coincidence: a high percentage of first graders already come to school with a congenital, chronic or acquired diseases. A particular role in valeological education among all school subjects is played by biology. Creation of a health-saving space at the biology classes at school helps to improve physical and mental health of pupils and enhance their competence in the matters related to healthy lifestyle. This paper justifies the need for multidisciplinary work on the creation and implementation of the system of training the basics of health and health education, for both students and teachers: organization of educational process considering its psychological and physiological effects on the students; medical and psychological monitoring of health status; control over the observance of sanitary standards of the educational process and the normalization of the academic load; development and implementation of training programs for the formation of health culture; and organization of and control over a balanced diet at school
