    Designed is the multi-analyte test for simultaneous immune chromatographic detection of A & B type botulinum neurotoxins (BT), using colloid gold nanoparticles. It is meant for food and environmental samples' analysis. The sensitivity of simultaneous BT detection of the A (30 ng/ml) and B (10 ng/ml) types is as high as that of mono-analytical tests, designed for one type BT detection. The test is demonstrated to be a specific one and can be used for BT detection in food stuffs

    The purpose of work is generalization of the available data of literature about the modem being of diagnostics and treatment of acute coronary syndromes on the stage of medical first-aid. Basic principles of pathogenetic therapy of acute ST- segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) are considered, experience of the use of markers of myocardial necrosis is presented, efficiency of the combined antiplatelet therapy is shown in treatment of acute coronary syndromes.Целью работы является обобщение имеющихся данных литературы о современном состоянии диагностики и лечения острого коронарного синдрома на догоспитальном зтапе скорой медицинской помощи. В работе рассмотрены основные принципы патогенетической терапии острого коронарного синдрома с подъемом сегмента ST, представлен опыт использования биомаркеров некроза миокарда на догоспитальном этапе, показана эффективность комбинированной антитромботической терапии в лечении острых коронарных синдромов

    Crystallographic Features of Phase Transformations during the Continuous Cooling of a Ti6Al4V Alloy from the Single-Phase β-Region

    Crystallographic relationships between α- and β-phases resulting from phase transformations, which took place during the continuous water quenching (WQ), air cooling (AC) and furnace cooling (FC) of a Ti6Al4V plates solution treated at 1065 °C, were investigated by methods of electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). WQ, AC and FC resulted in typical martensite, basket-weave and parallel-plate Widmanstatten structures, respectively. The experimental distribution of α/β-misorientations deviated from BOR at set discrete angles close to 22, 30, 35 and 43°. The experimental spectra of angles were confirmed by theoretical calculations of the possible misorientations between the α and β phases through the βo→α→βII –transformation path based on Burgers orientation relationship (BOR). Joint analysis of the experimental data and theoretical calculations revealed that the secondary βII-phase was precipitated according to the sequence βo→α→βII during continuous cooling from the single-phase β-region.     Research Grain Structure of Zr–2,5 % Nb Alloy Tubes by SEM Methods

    The research was performed on thin sections of the transverse and longitudinal sections of tubes with a diameter of 88 mm from an alloy of Zr–2,5 %Nb, which have a fine-grained structure. Using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the average grain size and structural components of the alloy after manufacture are determined. EBSD analysis compiled maps of preferred crystallographic orientations.Проведено исследование на шлифах поперечного и продольного разреза трубного изделия диаметром 88 мм из сплава Zr–2,5 %Nb, обладающих мелкозернистой структурой (~ 1–2 мкм). Методами сканирующей электронной микроскопии (СЭМ) определены структурные составляющие сплава (твердый раствор α-Zr и частицы β-Nb), а также средний размер зерен α-Zr. Ориентационным анализом (EBSD) составлены карты преимущественных кристаллографических ориентировок

    Development of Multi-Analytical Immune-Chromatographic Device for Toxin Indication

    Objective of the work was to construct immune-chromatographic device for indication of five toxin types in a single processing cycle and investigation of its capacities regarding environment sample analysis and food testing. Obtained were the conjugates of monoclonal antibodies with nano-particles of colloid gold, formed were membrane composites for sandwich immune-chromatography of separate toxins. On the basis of distinct test panels designed was immune-chromatographic device for multiple analyses, which contained multi-analytical detection element, swab for surface sampling, and storage vessel with test buffer. This device allowed for concurrent identification of botulinic toxins A, B types concentrated up to 5 and 10 ng/ml, respectively; staphylococcal toxin B type - 40 ng/ml, cholera toxin - 500 ng/ml, and ricin - 80 ng/ml, within a single processing cycle. Demonstrated was the possibility of toxin detection in washings from ambient object surfaces, as well as in foodstuffs. Described was preliminary food sample preparation procedure

    Modern strategies in reducing the risk of death from acute coronary syndrome

    The aim of this work is to summarize the available literature data about modern treatment strategies acute coronary syndromes, their effectiveness in reducing the risk of severe complications and death. The paper describes the main principles of pathogenetic therapy of acute coronary syndrome with ST- segment elevation, presents modern strategy of reperfusion therapy, the effectiveness of combination antiplatelet therapy. Shows the role of prehospital care in reducing risk of death in implementing pharmacoinvasive strategy.Целью работы является обобщение имеющихся данных литературы о современных стратегиях лечения острых коронарных синдромов, их эффективности в снижении риска тяжелых осложнений и смерти. В работе рассмотрены основные принципы патогенетической терапии острого коронарного синдрома с подъемом сегмента ST, представлены современные стратегии реперфузионной терапии, показана эффективность комбинированной антитромботической терапии в лечении острых коронарных синдромов.     The method of orientation microscopy (EBSD) is used to study the grain structure of low-carbon, low-alloy pipe steel sheets processed by controlled thermomechanical processing (TMCP). The possibilities of obtaining different grain characteristics depending on the specified analysis limitations are shown.Методом ориентационной микроскопии проанализирована зеренная структура образцов малоуглеродистой низколегированной трубной стали, полученных контролируемой термомеханической обработкой.     The effects of gadolinium on the structure of the pseudo-α titanium alloy VT18U after standard heat treatments were studied by methods of metallographic analysis using an optical microscope, transmission and scanning electron microscopy. It was shown that intermetallic particles based on gadolinium and tin and particles of gadolinium oxide are present in the alloy after the treatments.Методами металлографического анализа с помощью оптического микроскопа, просвечивающей и растровой электронной микроскопии исследовано влияние гадолиния на структуру псевдо-α титанового сплава ВТ18У после стандартных термических обработок. Показано, что после обработок в сплаве присутствуют интерметаллидные частицы на основе гадолиния и олова и частицы оксида гадолиния
