Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lembaga apa yang berwenang menerbitkan surat izin edar obat-obatan dan bagaimana proses pertanggung jawaban tindak pidana pengedar obat-obatan tanpa izin, yang dengan menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normative disimpulkan bahwa: 1. Lembaga yang berwenang menerbitkan izin edar suatu produk obat-obatan di wilayah Negara Republik hanyalah Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan. 2. Proses Pertanggung jawaban pidana dalam tindak pidana pengedar obat-obatan tanpa izin sama seperti proses pertanggung jawaban tindak pidana biasanya, yaitu terpenuhinya unsur mens read dan actus reus.Kata kunci: obat; obat tanpa izin; kesehata

ANALISIS PENDAPATAN PETERNAKAN AYAM BURAS YANG DI PELIHARA SECARA EXTENSIF DI KECAMATAN DIMEMBE

ABSTRACTINCOME ANALYSIS OF NATIVE CHICKEN FARMING RAISED  EXTENSIVELY IN DIMEMBE SUBDISTRICT. The goal of this research were to investigate the income on the business of domestic poultry that is maintained extensively and to determine the factors that influence it. The study was conducted by using survey and interview methods based on a list of questions toward 80 respondents of native chicken farmers in  Dimembe Sub District. Data analysis were descriptive and quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis was done by  using multiple regression techniques of the Cobb-Douglass model. The results showed that the average net income from selling free-range chickens, which is Rp. 2.780.471,875 /year / breeder. The results of the regression analysis showed that altogether the independent variables influenced the income of farmers as much as 73.1%. Partially the independent variables that significantly influence farmers 'income (P<0,05) were labor costs and farmers' perceptions  while feed costs drug and vitamin costs and the cage cost were not significantly effect on  breeder’s income from native chicken farming (P> 0.05)  Production costs of a locally-grown free-range chicken farm are mostly used to buy feed

Millennial students, born between 1981-1996, are often considered a generation that is sophisticated in technology, but is also faced with several challenges. They tend to rely too much on technology, lack initiative in completing tasks themselves, are distracted by many distractions, and are susceptible to health problems. Apart from that, social and environmental factors also influence their thinking patterns and interactions. In the educational context, the practice of assignment jockeying and plagiarism are serious issues. This research emerged as a response to developments in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, such as ChatGPT generation 3 from OpenAI, which can be expected to address the problems of task jockeying and plagiarism. The aim of this research is to scientifically examine the potential of AI in combating dishonest academic practices because no previous research has investigated the correlation between the use of AI and overcoming student assignment jockeying and plagiarism. In the world of education, assignment jockeying and plagiarism are serious problems that can undermine academic integrity. Utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, such as ChatGPT from OpenAI, can be an interesting solution to address this problem. Therefore, this research aims to scientifically prove through research the enthusiasm of students in (a) doing coursework using AI without worrying about plagiarism and (b) being able to eradicate assignment jockeys

Unconscious bias in the suppressive policing of Black and Latino men and boys: neuroscience, Borderlands theory, and the policymaking quest for just policing

his article applies neuroscience and Borderlands theory to reveal how unconscious bias currently stabilizes suppressive policing practices in America despite new efforts at reform. Illustrative cases are offered from Oakland and Santa Barbara, California, with a focus on civil gang injunctions (CGIs) and youth gang suppression. Theoretical analysis of these cases reveals how the unconscious biases of validity illusions and framing effects operate despite the best intentions of law enforcement personnel. Such unconscious or implicit biases create contradictions between the stated beliefs and actions of law enforcement. In turn, these unintended self-contradictions then work to the detriment of Latino and Black boys. The analysis here also extends to how unconscious biases and unintended self-contradictions can influence municipal policymaking in favor of suppressive police tactics such as CGIs, thereby displacing evidence-based policies that are proven to be far more effective. The article concludes with brief discussion of some of the means by which the unconscious biases – effects to which everyone is involuntarily prone – can be disrupted
