Radiotomographic system construction on the basis of multi-elemental reflective array
The authors propose a solution of the problem of radiovision using the reflective array, each element of which can change the reflection coefficient under the action of external control voltage. The focusing abilities of flat reflection array of monochromatic radiation were studied to solve the problem of radiovision. The array element based on waveguide with a controlled reflection coefficient was developed. The phase shift switching is 180Β°
Representations of -semigroups by multiplace functions
We describe the representations of -semigroups, i.e. groupoids with
binary associative operations, by partial -place functions and prove
that any such representation is a union of some family of representations
induced by Schein's determining pairs.Comment: 17 page
Complex sequrity system for premises under conditions of large volume of passenger traffic
Subsystems of the design of a complex security system for premises under conditions of large volume of passenger traffic are considered. These subsystems provide video- and thermal imaging control, radio wave tomography, and gas analysis. Simultaneous application of all examined variants will essentially increase the probability of timely prevention of dangerous situations with the probability of false alarm as low as possible. It is important that finally, this will provide protection of population and will facilitate the work of intelligence services
Representations of Menger -semigroups by multiplace functions
Investigation of partial multiplace functions by algebraic methods plays an
important role in modern mathematics were we consider various operations on
sets of functions, which are naturally defined. The basic operation for
-place functions is an -ary superposition , but there are some
other naturally defined operations, which are also worth of consideration. In
this paper we consider binary Mann's compositions \op{1},...,\op{n} for
partial -place functions, which have many important applications for the
study of binary and -ary operations. We present methods of representations
of such algebras by -place functions and find an abstract characterization
of the set of -place functions closed with respect to the set-theoretic
inclusion
Hsp27 anti-sense oligonucleotides sensitize the microtubular cytoskeleton of Chinese hamster ovary cells grown at low pH to 42 degrees C-induced reorganization
Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells maintained in vitro at pH 6.7 were used to model cells in the acidic environment of tumours. CHO cells grown at pH 6.7 develop thermotolerance during 42 degrees C heating at pH 6.7 and their cytoskeletal systems are resistant to 42 degrees C-induced perinuclear collapse. Hsp27 levels are elevated in cells grown at pH 6.7 and are further induced during 42 degrees C heating, while Hsp70 levels remain low or undetectable, suggesting that Hsp27 is responsible for some of the novel characteristics of these cells. An anti-sense oligonucleotide strategy was used to test the importance of Hsp27 by lowering heat-induced levels of the protein. The response of the microtubular cytoskeleton to heat was used as an endpoint to assess the effectiveness of the anti-sense strategy. Treatment with anti-sense oligonucleotides prevented the heat-induced increase of Hsp27 levels measured immediately following heat. Treatment with anti-sense oligonucleotides also sensitized the cytoskeleton of cells grown at low pH to heat-induced perinuclear collapse. However, cytoskeletal collapse was not evident in cells grown at pH 6.7 and treated with 4-nt mismatch oligonucleotides or in control cells maintained and heated at pH 6.7. The cytoskeleton collapsed around the nucleus in cells cultured and heated at pH 7.3. These results confirm that over-expression of Hsp27 confers heat protection to the microtubular cytoskeleton in CHO cells grown at low pH
Fresnel flat reflector with focusing capability
Theoretical modeling of a Fresnel flat reflector for focusing radiation in the point near the reflector is discussed in this paper. It shows that the reflector calculated for one frequency and one focus position can also be used for other frequencies, but a focusing point should be shifted along a focusing line. Fresnel reflector can be used for a space-frequency filtration in a wide frequency range

The article highlights the key elements and results of the restructuring of emergency care for patients with acute myocardial infarction, the core of which is the teamwork of surgeons, anesthesiologist-intensivists and cardiologists of the department. The restructuring included a change in ideology, personnel changes, updating and expanding the range of equipment, development of inner protocols and their implementation. It took two years to transform the intensive care unit for patients with acute myocardial infarction into the cardiac intensive care unit, where patients with acute cardiac pathologies of various etiologies are treated and preoperative preparation and postoperative nursing are carried out.Π ΡΡΠ°ΡΡΠ΅ ΠΎΡΠ²Π΅ΡΠ°ΡΡΡΡ ΠΊΠ»ΡΡΠ΅Π²ΡΠ΅ ΡΠ»Π΅ΠΌΠ΅Π½ΡΡ ΠΈ ΡΠ΅Π·ΡΠ»ΡΡΠ°ΡΡ ΡΠ΅ΡΡΡΡΠΊΡΡΡΠΈΠ·Π°ΡΠΈΠΈ Π½Π΅ΠΎΡΠ»ΠΎΠΆΠ½ΠΎΠΉ ΠΏΠΎΠΌΠΎΡΠΈ ΠΏΠ°ΡΠΈΠ΅Π½ΡΠ°ΠΌ Ρ ΠΎΡΡΡΡΠΌ ΠΈΠ½ΡΡΠ°ΠΊΡΠΎΠΌ ΠΌΠΈΠΎΠΊΠ°ΡΠ΄Π°, ΡΠ΄ΡΠΎΠΌ ΠΊΠΎΡΠΎΡΠΎΠΉ ΡΠ²Π»ΡΠ΅ΡΡΡ ΠΊΠΎΠΌΠ°Π½Π΄Π½Π°Ρ ΡΠ°Π±ΠΎΡΠ° Ρ

Self-association of the glycopeptide antibiotic teicoplanin A2 in aqueous solution studied by molecular hydrodynamics
AbstractThe natural glycopeptide antibiotic teicoplanin is used for the treatment of serious Gram-positive related bacterial infections and can be administered intravenously, intramuscularly, topically (ocular infections), or orally. It has also been considered for targeting viral infection by SARS-CoV-2. The hydrodynamic properties of teicoplanin A2 (M1β=β1880Β g/mol) were examined in phosphate chloride buffer (pH 6.8, Iβ=β0.10Β M) using sedimentation velocity and sedimentation equilibrium in the analytical ultracentrifuge together with capillary (rolling ball) viscometry. In the concentration range, 0β10Β mg/mL teicoplanin A2 was found to self-associate plateauingβ>β1Β mg/mL to give a molar mass of (35,400βΒ±β1000) g/mol corresponding toβ~β(19βΒ±β1) mers, with a sedimentation coefficient s20, wβ=ββ~β4.65 S. The intrinsic viscosity [
Ξ·
] was found to be (3.2βΒ±β0.1) mL/g: both this, the value for s20,w and the hydrodynamic radius from dynamic light scattering are consistent with a globular macromolecular assembly, with a swelling ratio through dynamic hydration processes ofβ~β2.
