Revisiting the Issue of Development of the Legal Framework for Cluster Development

The article deals with the concept of clusterization of the national economy as a process of creating within the national economy clusters (cluster systems), and other network structures, there highlighted its importance for the development of the national economy (it ensures increasing competitiveness of the national economy, strengthening its innovation component, improving the quality of education, reconciling the interests of government and business structures, etc.). As a result of investigation of the major clusters, there determined the underdevelopment of the legal framework of clusterization and the negative impact of the legislative factor on it. The article presents recommendations for the development of the legal framework for cluster devlopment in four areas: development (adoption) of certain laws and regulations, the introduction of amendments to the existing laws in the field of clustering, changes to a number of legal acts concerning the regulation of the national economy, adherence to the norms of international law

We report on a measurement of the Ωc0 lifetime using Ωc0→Ω−π+ decays reconstructed in e+e−→ccˉ data collected by the Belle II experiment and corresponding to 207 fb−1 of integrated luminosity. The result, τ(Ωc0)=243±48(stat)±11(syst) fs, agrees with recent measurements indicating that the Ωc0 is not the shortest-lived weakly decaying charmed baryon

We report on a measurement of the Ωc0 lifetime using Ωc0→Ω−π+ decays reconstructed in e+e−→ccˉ data collected by the Belle II experiment and corresponding to 207 fb−1 of integrated luminosity. The result, τ(Ωc0)=243±48(stat)±11(syst) fs, agrees with recent measurements indicating that the Ωc0 is not the shortest-lived weakly decaying charmed baryon

International audienceWe present a measurement of the ratio Rμ=B(τ−→μ−νˉμντ)/B(τ−→e−νˉeντ) of branching fractions B of the τ lepton decaying to muons or electrons using data collected with the Belle II detector at the SuperKEKB e+e− collider. The sample has an integrated luminosity of 362 fb−1 at a centre-of-mass energy of 10.58 GeV. Using an optimised event selection, a binned maximum likelihood fit is performed using the momentum spectra of the electron and muon candidates. The result, Rμ=0.9675±0.0007±0.0036, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic, is the most precise to date. It provides a stringent test of the light-lepton universality, translating to a ratio of the couplings of the muon and electron to the W boson in τ decays of 0.9974±0.0019, in agreement with the standard model expectation of unity
