The innovative technology in the student education of surgical measure in children

Innovative methods of training are effective educational technology thanks to qualities of interactivity, flexibility and integration of various types of educational information inherent in her, and also thanks to an opportunity to consider specific features of students and to promote increase in their motivation. Therefore in the present article authors have set as the purpose to develop and introduce an innovative component in the praktiko-focused training of medical students, to build the strong base for development of creative persons in future medicine.Инновационные методы обучения являются эффективной образовательной технологией благодаря присущим ей качествам интерактивности, гибкости и интеграции различных типов учебной информации, а также благодаря возможности учитывать индивидуальные особенности студентов и способствовать повышению их мотивации. The interactive approaches of the teaching students in the department of pediatric surgery

Graduates of a medical university without additional postgraduate education should be provided with a qualification that allows them to be included in the production process of the clinic immediately. Mastering knowledge in active forms of learning positively influences the perception and memorization of information by a person. The upgrade methods of the pediatric surgery teaching in the pediatric faculty

The analysis of annual questioning of students of the 6th course of pediatric faculty has shown that every year an opportunity to give all thematic classes at the patient’s bed decreases. We see a solution of this problem in the strengthened attention to carrying out a kuration of the sick child on all practical training. It is established that not all students had an opportunity to see children with rare surgical diseases. Such patients in the presence of them in clinic need to be discussed with group of students irrespective of an occupation subject. In the long term internal monitoring of quality of education has to be based on carrying out landmark questioning in educational groups of students after each disciplinary module or on the termination of a semester.Анализ ежегодного анкетирования студентов 6 курса педиатрического факультета показал, что с каждым годом снижается возможность проводить все тематические занятия у постели больного. Путь решения данной проблемы мы видим в усиленном внимании к проведению курации больного ребенка на всех практических занятиях. Установлено, что не у всех студентов была возможность видеть детей с редкими хирургическими заболеваниями. Таких больных при наличии их в клинике необходимо обсуждать с группой студентов независимо от темы занятия. В перспективе внутренний мониторинг качества образования должен базироваться на проведении этапного анкетирования в учебных группах студентов после каждого дисциплинарного модуля или по окончании семестра

Comparative analysis of the influence of chlorine and fluorine anions on the fibrin polymerization

The effect of NaCl and NaF salts in the range of 0.1-0.225 M concentrations on individual stages of fibrin polymerization was investigated, namely: the rate of fibrinogen activation by thrombin, the rate of protofibrils formation, the rate of lateral association of protofibrils, and the maximum clot absorbance value at 350 nm. It was found that the chlorine and fluorine anions equally inhibit the rate of formation of fibrin from fibrinogen and the formation of protofibrils activated with thrombin. Chlorine anions were shown to be significantly more effective than fluorine anions, inhibiting the rate of lateral association and maximal clot absorban­ce level from fibrin desA and desAB. A component of the inhibitory action of chlorine anions, not related to the ionic strength of the solution, was identified and its effect on the individual polymerization steps was shown. Chlorine anions were found to bind to a fibrin clot. Using the surface plasmon resonance method and fibrin-specific mAb FnI-3c, it was established that the rate of exposure of neoantigenic determinants of mAb in the hinge regions of the fibrinogen molecule during its transformation into fibrin under the action of thrombin is inhibited by chlorine anions in correlation with inhibition of the protofibril lateral association rate. It has been suggested that the inhibitory effect of chlorine anions consists of an ionic component and a component that blocks the conformational mobility of the molecule by the chlorine anions binding to its hinge regions and polymerization sites
