Valorization of fine bran of Algerian durum wheat varieties in the diet of ruminants

These various chemical compounds values confer less fodder units and digestible proteins than those of durum wheat fine bran from Europeans varieties. Keywords: Food of the ruminants, Fine bran of Algerian durum wheat, Feed value

The study of the reproductive parameters of
the ewes Ouled Djellal (n=269), conducted in semi-
intensive in semi-arid environment, shows a fertility
rate of 88 %, a fecundity rate of 95 % and a
prolificacy rate was 111 %. The influence of
different factors on the reproduction parameters,
highlights on fertility, a significant influence (p<0.05)
of the physiological state during the mating, an effect very significant of ewes age and a result
highly significant (p<0.001) of mode of mating, of
month of mating and for the interaction of
physiological state during the mating Ă— mode of
mating. For fecundity, there is a significant effect
(p<0.05) of the ewes age, very significant (p<0.01)
of the physiological state during the mating and
highly significant (p<0.001) for mode of mating and
the month of mating. As for prolificacy, it is
significantly influenced by the physiological state
during the mating and very significantly by the

The plants species interesting the diet of the
gazelle of Cuvier were determined by direct
observation at the level of its area of distribution.
For herbaceous plants, grasses are a majority
(five species) and leguminous little represented
(one species: Medicago sativa). This stratum
contribue to an energy level interesting in the
stages of preflowering and flowering, but has little
importance at the stage of fruit. At this stage, the
chamephytes have also weak fodder values (0,00
to 0,33 UF/kg of DM).Les espèces végétales intéressant le régime
Medicago sativa). Cette strate contribue Ă un
niveau énergétique appréciable aux stades
débourrement et floraison, mais peu conséquent
au stade fruit. A ce stade, les chaméphytes ont
aussi des valeurs fourragères faibles (0,00 à 0,33
UF/kg de MS)
Phosphorus and Nitrogen Containing Dilute Bismides
Phosphorus and nitrogen containing dilute bismides differ from arsenic and antimony containing bismides in that the anions have large differences in atomic size and electronegativity, offering rich potentials for strain as well as bandgap engineering. In this chapter, we show theoretical modeling, epitaxy and characterizations of III-PBi and III-NBi and their quaternary alloys
