    The Impact of Viral Marketing on Consumer Interest on Indihome Product

    This study aims to determine the impact of viral marketing on consumer buying interest of Indihome as one of the products of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Bandung. Every company must try to set the best marketing strategy to win the competition in the business, including marketing a product through social media. Indihome is one of the products marketed using the viral marketing method, which uses Instagram social media. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires to 60 respondents and uses descriptive analysis and verification approaches.     Impact of Online to Offline (O2O) Commerce Service Quality and Brand Image on Customer Satisfaction and Repeat Purchase Intention

    Nowadays, e-commerce has been dominating trade business. Even O2O (online to offline) approach has lately been developed, which enables online order service while pick up can be made offline. The purpose of this research is to discover and analyse if there is any impact of O2O commerce service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction and repeat purchase intention of O2O commerce customers as provided by www.Mataharimall.com. In order to reach the purpose of this research, a research method was developed along with relevant hypotheses, which were analysed using path analysis technique. Data collection was conducted using research instrument in the form of questionnaire, which contains all research variables and indicators. Selected respondents are customers with shopping experience using O2O commerce facility. Sample was taken using purposive sampling technique.     Interest rates level, exchange rates value and the export quantity are the variables of macroeconomy that always change according to the economic condition of a nation. A good knowledge about the effect of these three variables towards the amount of lending by banks, which consists of three kinds: working capital loan, investment loan, and consumption loan, will help banks\u27 strategic plan to face the economic volatility. Bank is a financial institution that serves as a bridge between parties that have excess funds with parties that need some funds. Banks are expected to provide loans to the public to sustain economic growth with prudence to reduce the risks, which can be customer risks or systemic risks. The goal of this research is to study the effects and relationship between interest rates level, exchange rates movement, and export quantity towards the credit level of banks and also the three kinds of bank loans, which are the working capital loan, investment loan and consumer loan using historical data from Quarter I 2002 to Quarter III 2007. The result of research indicates that the macroeconomic variables above affect the amount of lending and the three kinds of loan: working capital loan, investment loan and consumer loan. The result also shows that although the three macroeconomic variables have the same influence towards the three kinds of loan, the magnitude of the influence towards each kind of loan is different, in which the investment loan has a big influence towards the interest rates level change, working capital loan has a big influence towards the export quantity and exchange rates, and consumer loan has a moderate influence towards the variation of the three macroeconomic variables

    Kebutuhan energi dari bahan bakar minyak bumi (BBM) didunia semakin tahun mengalami peningkatan tajam. Salah satu energi alternatif yang didorong pemerintah Indonesia adalah dengan memproduksi bioetanol. Salah satu bahan yang sangat berpotensial sebagai bahan baku utama dalam pembuatan bioetanol adalah nira batang tebu. Upaya peningkatan produktivitas etanol dilakukan secara kontinyu dikarenakan pada fermentasi konvensional terdapat kendala pada produktivitas dan konsentrasi etanol yang rendah. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk produksi etanol dengan keunggulan keterpaduan proses dan rendah energi yang selanjutnya dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar desain untuk rancang bangun skala industri kecil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui performa terbaik dari variasi mikroorganisme dan pelarut yang digunakan dalam memproduksi etanol dengan proses fermentasi ekstraktif dan untuk mengetahui karakteristik kinerja sistem fermentasi kontinyu dalam bioreaktor packed bed dengan variasi mikroorganisme. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan macam variasi mikroorganisme Zymomonasmobilis A3 termutasi dan campuran Saccharomyces cerevisiae dan Pichiastipitis dengan sistem tanpa recycle dan pelarut n-Amyl Alcohol. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa proses fermentasi kontinyu dan ekstraksi tanpa recycle menggunakan Zymomonas mobilis A3 dan pelarut n-Amyl Alkohol memberikan hasil produktivitas dan yield yang terbaik, yaitu sebesar 133,417 g/l.jam dan 35,049%

    Observasi dan eksperimen telah dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi produktifitas primer dan laju pertumbuhan fitoplankton serta estimasi pemangsaan fitoplankton oleh zooplankton di perairan Muara Bekasi, Muara Jaya, dan Muara Sorongan,Kabupaten Bekasi di lokasi muara sungai (Stasiun S), perairan antara sungai dan laut (Stasiun SL) dan laut di depannya (Stasiun L). Produktifitas primer diukur dengan menggunakan metode botol gelap-botol terang, sedangkan laju pertumbuhan fitoplankton diukur dengan metode penyaringan. Pengukuran dan eksperimen dilakukan pada bulan Februari , Maret, dan April 1993. Dari hasil pengukuran didapatkan nilai rata-rata produktifitas primer sebesar 428,16,322,55, dan 343,97 gC/ml/tb berturut-turut untuk Stasiun S, SL, dan L. Laju tumbuhan fitoplankton adalah 16 %, 54 %, dan 26 % penggandaanlhari untuk Stasiun S, SL, dan L. Klorofil yang hilang di Stasiun S, SL, dan L berturut-turut adalah sebesar 2,28, 3,81, dan 2,38~tlhari, atau sekitar Ix )0-4, 3x )0-4, dan 0,7x 10-4 ~Cl1t/zooplankter/hari ditransfer dari fitoplankton ke zooplankton .Kata

    Berkembangnya bisnis restoran dengan konsep specialty restaurant belakangan ini menyebabkan persaingan yang sangat ketat antar pelaku bisnis di industri makanan dan minuman, sehingga Service Quality menjadi kunci utama dalam menjalankan bisnis ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Employee Empowerment terhadap Service Quality di Chinese Restaurant yaitu restoran Kapin, X.O Cuisine, dan Golden Rama. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal dengan metode SEM dan menggunakan SmartPLS software. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Employee Empowerment berpengaruh positif terhadap Service Behaviour dan Job Satisfaction sedangkan Employee Empowerment, Service Behaviour, dan Job Satisfaction berpengaruh negatif terhadap Service Quality

    The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze leadership style, employee performance and the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of PT Lintas Mediatama Bandung. This study uses a non probability sampling technique with a type of census. The population in this study were thirty employees of PT Lintas Mediatama Bandung. All population members are used as samples. Data collection methods are divided into primary data and secondary data. primary data collection using observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Secondary data collection uses literature studies and scientific journal references. Test of research instruments such as frequency calculation, validity and reliability test the author uses SPSS version 20. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between leadership style and employee performance. The leadership style has a positive influence on employee performance.
