<p>WS6 vs MS6 refers to the comparison between expanded spathe in wild-type and mutant. WS3 vs MS3 refers to the comparison between unexpanded spathe in wild-type and mutant. MS6 vs MS3 refers to the comparison between unexpanded spathe and expanded spathe in mutant. WS6 vs WS3 refers to the comparison between unexpanded spathe and expanded spathe in wild-type. “P-value<0.001, the absolute value of Log2 fold change (Log2 FC)≥2 and FPKM≥1” were used as the threshold to determine the significance of gene expression differences.</p
